なしわの発生は防止できるが、その手順はきわめて複雑

熱によって、熱接着部に皺のない極めて強固に熱接着し

周面との熱接着した後、圧力容器内に収容し、口部を有
する上端板周縁を円筒状側壁部の上部の外周面に被せ、
口部より内袋を挿入し、次いで該内袋内に空気又は水を
圧入して円筒容器に内圧をかけ前記上端板周縁を円筒状
側壁部の上部の外周面とをインパルスシールすることを
特徴とする円筒容器の製造方法である。本発明で使用す
る円筒状側壁部はシート状物を貼着したものを用いても
よいが、通常インフレーション法若しくは押出法によっ
て得たチューブを使用することが好ましく、その厚みは
容器の大きさによって異なるが約30μ〜500μであ
り、その径は100m/m〜1000m/nである。上
端板若しくは下端板として使用するものはポリエチレン
、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリプロピレンなど
の単体フィルムやナイロン/ポリエチレン、ナイロン/
ポリプロピレンなどの複合シートである。そして、これ
に熱接着する下端板は容器の内外より通常の方法によっ
てヒートシールすることによって容易に且つ、強固に熱
接着することができる。次に、上端板を熱接着するに際
しては下端板を熱接着した円筒状側壁部を圧力容器内に
入れ、その円筒状側壁部の上部に口部を有する上端板の
周縁を円筒状側壁部の上部の外周面に被せ、口部より内
袋を挿入し、次いで該内袋内に空気又は水を圧入して円
筒容器に内圧をかけ接合部を圧力容器の内壁に押しつけ
