PURPOSE:To manufacture a cylindrical vessel easily by heating of one time, by a method wherein the main body of the cylindrical vessel to be welded is inserted into a pressure vessel and an inner bag is inserted into the vessel to apply an internal pressure on the inside of the vessel by air or hydraulic pressure and weld the welding part of the vessel by fusion through impulse seal. り、その径は100m/m〜1000m/nである。上
端板若しくは下端板として使用するものはポリエチレン
、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリプロピレンなど
の単体フィルムやナイロン/ポリエチレン、ナイロン/
ポリプロピレンなどの複合シートである。そして、これ
に熱接着する下端板は容器の内外より通常の方法によっ
てヒートシールすることによって容易に且つ、強固に熱
接着することができる。次に、上端板を熱接着するに際
しては下端板を熱接着した円筒状側壁部を圧力容器内に
入れ、その円筒状側壁部の上部に口部を有する上端板の
周縁を円筒状側壁部の上部の外周面に被せ、口部より内
袋を挿入し、次いで該内袋内に空気又は水を圧入して円
筒容器に内圧をかけ接合部を圧力容器の内壁に押しつけ
ながらインパルスシールに依って熱接着するのである。
