量の特性、第５図はこの考案の低域通過ろ波器の
特性変化例である。
１は超電導体、２は電極、３は誘電体、４は磁
場発生コイル、５は抵抗器、６は信号入力端子、
７は信号出力端子、８は信号線路、９は磁場制御
回路、１０はコンデンサ、１１はコンデンサであ
る。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符
号を付して示してある。
