Description
この考案は主としてカーテン、テーブルクロス
の縁取り飾り、或は壁面模様付け等のインテリア
内装に使用される複合シートに関するものであ
る。
プラスチツクシートに面接触フアスナー布地を
接着しておき、これに外表面に裁断用線図がプリ
ントされた離型シートを粘着剤で前記プラスチツ
クシートに粘着積層した複合シートが、前述のイ
ンテリア内装に有用であることが判り既に提案し
た。
しかしこのような複合シートはボール芯に巻い
た場合に使用に当つて巻きぐせが残ることと、通
常の接着剤によるときは接着剤中に含有される溶
剤が移行しシートにカールぐせ及び粘着力の低下
を生ずることが判つた。
本考案は種々検討の結果面接触フアスナー布地
のバツキングに使用されるプラスチツクシートと
して従来の硬質塩化ビニルシートに代えて半硬質
塩化ビニルシートを用いるとともに、接着剤とし
て架橋型接着剤を使用することにより前記の難点
を解決したものである。
次に本考案の複合シートを図面を参照しつつ説
明すれば、第1図は本考案の複合シートの一例の
拡大断面図で、外表面に裁断用線図をプリントし
たポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、紙等の離型シ
ート1と架橋型アクリル酸エステル系粘着層2
と、半硬質塩化ビニルシート3と、架橋型アクリ
ル酸エステル系接着剤層4と、フレンチパイル布
地或はこれと嵌着する布地等の面接触フアスナー
布地5とが順次積層された複合シートであり、第
2図は、離型シート1の外表面の一例を示す正面
図で、裁断用線図CLがプリントされている。こ
のような複合シートの構成例は次の通りである。

上記実施例と比較試験するために、下記構成の

This invention mainly relates to a composite sheet used for interior decoration such as curtains, table cloth trimmings, wall patterns, etc. A composite sheet in which a surface-contact fastener fabric is adhered to a plastic sheet, and a release sheet with a cutting diagram printed on the outer surface is adhesively laminated to the plastic sheet using an adhesive is useful for the above-mentioned interior decoration. 上記の比較試験から明らかなように、本考案の
実施例によるものはカールを生ぜず、又、可塑剤
の移行による粘着力の低下も認められなかつた
が、比較例はボール芯による巻ぐせが残るか、接
着力が低下し実用上問題のあることが理解されよ
う。
なお、本考案の実施に当つては半硬質塩化ビニ
ルフイルムは面接触フアスナー布地のバツキング
材として必要な形状を保持するとともに、ボール
芯に巻付けたときの巻きぐせを生じないため200
〜300μmの厚さが好ましいものと考えられる。
又、本考案で使用される半硬質塩化ビニルは塩
化ビニル100重量部に対し、可塑剤10〜50重量部、
更に好ましくは25〜30重量部のものであつて、硬
質塩化ビニルの場合とは異なり、巻きぐせが残ら
ないことと、ラミネートを構成し、カーテンの縁
取り飾り等に使用する場合等に柔らかく、なじみ
