In other words, a fluid slurry made of clay mixed with water, peptizer, etc. is poured into an upper and lower mold such as plaster that can be divided approximately at the center, and after a certain period of time, the water is absorbed by the mold surface and the fluid is formed to an appropriate thickness. When a layer that has lost its properties is formed, the remaining slurry is drained out, and then the material is allowed to dry and shrink for an additional period of time, and the material is separated from the mold and taken out. Therefore, in the past, for example, for tea utensils such as teapots, which have a body, a spout, and a hand, it has not been possible to integrally cast the body and the hand in the same mold at the same time. In other words, since the mold holes of both the body and the mouth communicate with each other, simultaneous integral casting is possible, but it is not possible to make the mold holes of the body and the hand communicate with each other. (The hot water would get into the hands and the hands would become so hot that it would become impossible to hold them.) Therefore, it was impossible to simultaneously mold them using an integral casting mold.

It was attached with soil. Therefore, the number of parts was large, and laborious work was required, and the workability was poor and inefficient, and labor costs and labor costs were high, making it extremely unsuitable for mass production. In addition, it is difficult to accurately attach the hand base material and the mouth base material to the body base material, and each attachment part is prone to cracking locally or peeling off due to differences in shrinkage and thickness of the raw materials, which is a disadvantage in strength. was unavoidable. Furthermore, the torso, hands,
Since the thickness of each mouth part cannot be made uniform, deformation and damage are likely to occur, making it impossible to obtain a high-quality tea utensil with a uniform thickness.

On the lower mold 2 side, as shown in the figure, there is a tongue protrusion 12 whose inner surface 13 has a curved surface that approximately follows the surface of the upper body mold hole 3, and which has a draft slope that is slightly upwardly inclined outward. It protrudes upward so as to form a slight arch-shaped circumferential gap 14 between the upper body mold hole 3 and the upper mold hole 7 communication portion. In addition, the upper and lower mouth holes 5 and 6 and the upper and lower hand holes 7 and 8
Discharge holes 9 and 10 are provided in the upper mold 1, respectively, to communicate with the tips of the upper mold 1 and open upward. Note 11
is a through hole in the upper part of the upper mold 1 that serves as an input port for raw material slurry.

First, the raw material slurry is poured from the center of the hole 11 into the upper and lower body holes 3 and 4. In this case, the slurry is poured into the communication opening. It also flows into the upper and lower mouth-shaped holes 5 and 6 and the upper and lower hand-shaped holes 7 and 8 through the circumferential gap 14. Then, the upper ends of the through hole 11 and the discharge ports 9, 10, which are on the same horizontal plane, are filled up to the upper ends. After a predetermined period of time has elapsed and a suitable thickness of the base layer that has lost its fluidity has been adsorbed onto the mold surface, the upper and lower molds 1 and 2 are turned over and the remaining raw material slurry is passed through the holes 11. and discharged to the outside from the discharge ports 9 and 10. Then, if you leave the sheets for even longer, the plaster will absorb more water and dry, resulting in a shrunken molded base 15.
By removing only the unnecessary hole surface blanks 15a, 15b, and 15c, the upper and lower molds 1 and 2 are divided, and the molding base 15 can be separated from the mold and taken out. The molded base 15 molded in this manner becomes that shown in FIG. 4 of the drawing. In this molded body 15, the body hole and the hand hole are closed as shown in the figure, but a slight arch-shaped depression strip 16 is formed on the inner surface of the body hole at a portion corresponding to the circumferential gap 14 of the mold. has been done.

がある。 Since the casting mold of this invention is constructed as described above, the base of a tea utensil, which has a body, a spout, and a handle, respectively, such as a teapot, can be simultaneously integrated by a pair of upper and lower molds 1 and 2. It can be cast and molded, which eliminates the troublesome labor of molding the mouth and hand parts separately and attaching them to the body later, which was the case in the past.It is easy to work, efficient, and saves on labor and labor costs. First of all, we use a high-quality teaware base that is extremely economical, has no risk of localized cracks in the areas where the mouth and hand communicate with the body, has a thin, evenly distributed thickness, is lightweight, and has excellent strength. It has outstanding effects and can be mass-produced at low cost.

きる効果がある。 In addition, in this invention, the tongue protrusion piece 12 includes the upper body mold hole 3,
It is provided so as to form a slight circumferential gap 14 between it and the communication part of the upper mold hole 7, and the two are communicated through the circumferential gap 14, so that the slurry that communicates with the above-mentioned circumferential gap 14 is are adsorbed to the tongue protrusion 12 side and the upper mold 1 side corresponding to the circumferential gap 14, respectively, and can constitute a stable and strong shielding base portion that seals the circumferential gap 14, and the inner surface 13 of the circumferential gap 14. Since the molded body 15 has a draft angle, it is possible to easily remove the molded body 15 from the mold. Furthermore, since the upper mold 1 is provided with exhaust ports 9 and 10 that open upward and communicate with the tips of the upper and lower mouth mold holes 5 and 6 and the upper and lower hand mold holes 7 and 8, respectively, these serve as exhaust ports. As a result, it has the effect of making drying easier and contributing to the formation of a fine and excellent base material.
