When this metal sash was installed in a cold or snowy region, the aluminum profile was cooled down to the indoor side by the outside air, and a major drawback was that moisture inside the room condensed on the cooled profile.

30 also divides the space 6 created at the connecting part of the inner and outer members into two parts, into the inner and outer parts.
Not only does this prevent heat conduction between the inner and outer members, but also the convection that occurs in the space 6 of the connecting portion is divided into the inner and outer parts, so that heat conduction due to convection is also prevented.
In addition, the tongue piece 32 of the batten 30 that fits and locks onto the heat insulating material 2 that constitutes the frame material A is pressed against the tight material T installed in the fitting groove C of each frame material A, thereby forming the shoji frame material J. A hollow part 25 is provided on the outer circumferential side of the heat insulating material 20 that contacts the tight member T of the frame material A, and the tongue piece 32 of the batten 30 that is fitted and locked on the inner circumferential side is a sealing material with high heat insulating properties. A tight material T that is closely attached to the glass G that is inserted into the shoji 5 through S, and is attached to the heat insulating materials 2 and 20, the battens 3 and 30 that fit and lock onto the insulation materials 2 and 20, and the fitting groove C of the frame material A. , the glass G inserted through the sealing material S is connected continuously and crosses the entire sash from inside to outside. The frame member K does not come into direct contact with the outside air, and heat conduction in the inside and outside directions is completely blocked.

果を奏するものである。 Therefore, the heat-insulating sash of the present invention divides the frame that makes up the sash and the shoji that fits into the frame into two parts, inside and outside.
This is connected and fixed as one piece with insulation material and batten, and the space created at the connection part can be divided into two parts, inside and outside, so the heat conduction between the inside and outside members is improved by the insulation material and batten. Not only is this prevented, but also convection occurring in the space between the inner and outer members is blocked inward and outward, and heat conduction due to convection is also prevented. Moreover, the tongue piece of the batten that fits and locks into the insulation material of the frame material and the hollow part provided on the outer periphery of the insulation material of the shoji frame material are brought into close contact with the tight material that fits into the fitting groove of the frame material, and the gap between the inside and outside members is The heat insulating material interposed therein, the batten that fits and locks therein, the tight material that is attached to the fitting groove of the frame material, and the glass that is fitted through the sealing material are continuously connected,
Since the entire sash is designed to run vertically from inside to outside, the outside air does not directly come into contact with the internal materials that make up the sash. As a result, heat conduction by outside air can be almost completely prevented. In addition, since the inner and outer members are connected and fixed together by a resilient heat insulating material and a batten that fits and locks into the heat insulating material,
It is easy to assemble the frame material and the stile material, and it is also easy to assemble the frame body using the frame material and the shoji screen using the stile material, and there is no problem in attaching the frame body or opening and closing the shoji screen. In addition, the batten that fits and locks into the insulation material can be used for both the frame insulation material and the frame insulation material, so the insulation sash of this invention has a high insulation effect due to its simple structure. In addition to the above features, this provides a remarkable effect in practical terms.
