Claims (1)
熱抵抗体層を形成し、その発熱抵抗体層上に導体
層で囲まれた前記発熱抵抗体層による発熱部を形
成し、その発熱部および前記導体層を保護層で覆
い、かつ、前記発熱部と対応する位置にノズル孔
を配置し、各発熱部間に形成された隔壁で前記基
板と所定間隔を隔てて、その基板に接着されたノ
ズル板とから成るインクジエツトヘツドにおいて
、前記基板はアルミナで成形するとともに、前記
発熱部の対応位置にガラスを部分グレーズし、そ
のグレーズ上に発熱部を形成し、部分グレーズ周
辺とノズル板間にインク室を形成してあることを
