記光情報記録媒体上に微小スポツトとして集光さ
せる対物レンズとを備えた光ピツクアツプ装置に
おいて、前記対物レンズに対しこの対物レンズ有
効径より小さい光束を入射させるアパーチヤを設
け、トラツク横切り方向に分割されて前記光情報
記録媒体からの反射光中の前記対物レンズへの入
射光路から外れた光束の一部を受光する一対の受
光素子を設け、これらの受光素子の差動信号に基
づき前記対物レンズをトラツク横切り方向に変位
させる対物レンズ制御手段を設けたことを特徴と
