Claims (1)
入する上流側と排水路に連通する下流側とに堰板
で区画形成し、上流側の区画室内の水面近傍のみ
を上流側と下流側とに仕切る仕切板を堰板に沿つ
て設け、この仕切板の上流側で水面近傍に開口す
るスカム排出路をスカム分離装置に連通して設け
