Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 有機質又は無機質繊維と、有機質又は無機
    質バインダとを混合して鋳造用湯口系構成部材に
    造型したことを特徴とする鋳造用湯口系断熱材。 (2) 前記繊維とバインダとの配合が、７０〜９
    ５重量％と５〜３０重量％の範囲で混合されてい
    るものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の湯口系断熱材。 (3) 前記繊維とバインダとの材料に、耐火材料
    を混合して造型したものである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の湯口系断熱材。 (4) 前記耐火物と繊維とバインダとの配合割合
    が１〜９２重量％、５〜重量％以上、３〜３０重
    量％の範囲で混合されているものである実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第３項記載の湯口系断熱材。 (5) 前記鋳造用湯口系構成部材が、湯溜部から
    鋳物に至る通路の湯溜部、縦湯口、湯道部又は堰
    部の少なくとも一つを構成しているものである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１〜４項のいずれか一つ
    の項記載の湯口系断熱材。
