を狭い空間において能率よく行うことができる仕
分けコンベヤ装置に関し、平板状物品を直立姿勢
で仕分け位置に搬送することにより該物品の搬送
密度を高めると共に仕分け位置における該物品の
放下操作を搬送方向の移動を利用して遂行しうる
ものである。

ベヤチエーンに対するトレイプレートの取付けピ
ツチ長が大となるので、単位速度当りのトレイプ
レートの仕分け位置通過台数が減少し、従つて、
平板状物品の仕分け能力の低下を招いており、ま

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 縦方向に循環駆動されるコンベヤに、平板状
物品を起立姿勢で収納し下端に開閉可能な底板を
有する前記物品の放下口を設けた複数の搬送筐
を、その放下口を放下位置において下方に指向さ
せて固設し、前記放下位置には仕分け信号により
該底板をコンベヤの進行によつて放下口開放姿勢
に作動させると共に該開放姿勢保持時間を規制す
る複数の底板開放操作機構を左右側方に交互に配
設し、放下口下方には平板状物品を所定位置に案
内する仕分けシユートを配設した平板状物品の仕
分けコンベヤ装置。
1.
