Generally, car body floor structures are made by placing a vibration damping material mainly composed of asphalt called Melsheet on the top surface of a floor panel that is press-formed into a predetermined shape to provide vibration damping properties. The floor panels are welded by passing through an oven during the painting process, and a carpet is laid on top of the floor panels during the subsequent outfitting process.

However, since this Melsheet has a damping effect only due to its mass, it has been insufficient as a vibration damping performance of a floor panel.

To solve this problem, it is possible to use a thicker floor panel to improve the damping properties of the floor panel itself, or to apply a thicker Mel sheet, but in the former case, the entire car body This results in a significant increase in weight, which goes against the trend of weight reduction due to resource and energy conservation in recent years, and worsens the fuel efficiency of automobiles, making it extremely difficult to adopt. As a result, it is not worthy of being adopted as it fails to meet the mission objective for small cars, which is a compact car with a large interior space.

This invention achieves this objective by adding a thinner sub-floor panel to the conventional floor panel Melsheet. After placing the Mel Sheet, a sub-floor panel having a shape corresponding to the bead portion is attached to the floor panel using fixing elements such as clips and screws, and then the Mel Sheet is attached to the floor using the heat of an oven during the painting process. The panel and sub-floor panel are tightly welded together in a tightly adhered state.

以下図面に示す実施例について説明する。 The embodiments shown in the drawings will be described below.

In Figures 1 to 5, reference numeral 1 is a floor panel, the front end of which is connected to a dash panel (not shown) (a panel that separates the engine compartment from the passenger compartment), and the side sills (not shown) on both sides (the strongest strength of the vehicle body). It is connected to the side member (not shown) on the bottom surface (supports the engine weight and suspension weight,

3 is an exhaust pipe connected to an engine (not shown) that runs vertically under the floor; 4 is a mel sheet that is placed on the floor panel 1 after being unpainted; and is then welded and solidified by the heat of a coating oven; 5 is the floor panel 1 This is a sub-floor panel that is attached to the top with a fixing element such as a clip C or a screw via a mel sheet 4, and the thickness of this panel is the same as or thinner than that of the floor panel 1. This sub-floor panel 5 is welded and firmly fixed to the floor panel 1 by the Mel sheet 4.

Therefore, insertion holes 1b, 4a, and 5a are formed in the attachment portions of the clips C of the floor panel 1, the melt sheet 4, and the subfloor panel 5, respectively.

The floor panel 1 has a bead portion 1c for ensuring rigidity.
(See Figure 2), but in order to prevent a gap from forming between the Mel sheet 4 and the sub-floor panel 5 due to the bead portion 1c, the sub-floor panel 5 also has a shape corresponding to the bead portion 1c. The bead portion 5c is formed so that the Mel sheet 4 and the sub-floor panel 5 are always welded at the portion P in FIG.

In addition, beads 5d are also formed on the peripheral edge of the sub-floor panel 5 to improve the adhesion of the panel 5 to the Mel sheet, and air vent holes 5e are formed at appropriate locations to allow air to expand between the sub-floor panel 5 and the Mel sheet. This effectively prevents peeling off from 4.

In the case of a floor with such a structure, first, the floor panel 1 is subjected to a predetermined anti-corrosion treatment along with other car body structural members through a car body undercoating process, and then a coating is applied onto the flat portion of the floor panel 1 including the bead portion 1c. is a sub-floor panel 5 on which the Mel sheet 4 is placed and has a shape corresponding to the bead portion 1c.
is attached by the clip C and enters the intermediate coating drying oven, where the Melsheet 4 is melted and softened, and then adhered to the floor panel 1 and the sub-floor panel 5 and solidified. As a result, the floor panel 1 and the sub-floor panel 5 are not only fixed by the clips C, but also thermally welded and firmly fixed by the Mel sheet 4.

With this configuration, the floor panel 1 exerts a significant vibration damping effect not only by the Mel sheet 4 alone, but also by the sub-floor panel 5 that is in close contact with the entire surface of the floor panel 1 and has increased adhesion strength to the Mel sheet 4. It is.

Moreover, since the sub-floor panel 5 is attached to the floor panel 1 where the occupants rest their feet, they are heated by the exhaust pipe 3, making their feet hot. A heat shield plate 6 was installed below the floor panel 1, but in this invention, the floor under the feet of the occupants has a double structure, so even if the heat shield plate 6 is abolished, the feet will not get hot. This can eliminate the problem of discomfort.

Note that it is also preferable to make air vent holes or slits in the Mel sheet itself in order to increase the adhesion strength, and the conformability of the Mel sheet 4 to the floor panel 1 can also be improved.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the clip attachment part, that is, the peripheral edge of the sub-floor panel 5 is placed on the floor panel 1 via the Mel sheet 4, so that it is lifted by a height H from the Mel sheet 4. When the clip C is attached, the entire surface tightly contacts the melt sheet 4. In this embodiment as well, the entire lower surface of the sub-floor panel 5 is covered with Mel sheet 4.
This is effective in further ensuring and improving the vibration damping properties of the floor panel 1.

As described above, according to the present invention, the floor structure has excellent vibration damping properties and excellent heat shielding properties, which are extremely effective in practical use, without a significant increase in weight.
