The receiver 1 is formed into a vertically elongated piece having approximately the same length as the upper and lower dimensions of the door panel 3, and its cross-sectional shape is approximately U-shaped. is installed protrudingly. The connector 4 is also formed in an elongated vertically with approximately the same length as the vertical dimension of the door panel 3, and has a fitting curved piece 5 with a substantially C-shaped cross section, and a serrated protrusion 8 is attached to the door panel 3. This connector 4 is attached to one side edge of the door panel 3 by driving into the end face. By rotatably fitting the fitting curved piece 5 of the connector 4 into the outer periphery of the bearing projecting pieces 2, 2 of the receiver 1, the connector 1 and the connector 4 can be connected to each other.
As shown in FIG. 2, the pair of door panels 3, 3 are foldably connected by means of a hinge comprised of the following. Here, if the one shown in FIG. 2 is used, the fitting curved piece 5 will be disengaged from the bearing protrusion 2, so the spacer is fitted into the receiving tool 1.
At the upper and lower parts of the receiver 1, spacers 9 as shown in FIG. 6c are used. This spacer 9 is formed by connecting one ends of the holding pieces 45, 45 having a substantially V-shaped cross section.
By pressing the fitting pieces 5, 5 against the bearing protrusions 2, 2, the fitting pieces 5 are prevented from coming off from the bearing protrusions 2, and the holding pieces 45,
Since the other end of 45 is free, the holding pieces 45, 4
5 is given elasticity so that the fitting piece 5 can smoothly rotate around the outer periphery of the bearing projection piece 2. Of the upper and lower spacers 9, the lower spacer 9 is prevented from coming off by an end plate 47 attached to the lower end of the receiver 1 with screws 46, and the upper spacer 9 is prevented from coming off by a box 22, which will be described later. At the upper and lower center of the receiver 1 between the upper and lower spacers 9, an operating tool mounting spacer 10 as shown in FIG. 6a is used. This operating tool mounting spacer 10 is also formed with holding pieces 48, 48 having a substantially V-shaped cross section similar to the spacer 9, and has the same function as the spacer 9. Further, in this upper and lower center portion of the receiver 1, a handle mount 11 is attached to the outer side of the receiver 1 so as to correspond to the operating tool mounting spacer 10. The operating tool mounting spacer 10 and the handle mounting tool 11 are shown in Figure 4a.
As shown in the figure, it is fixed to the receiver 1 with screws 12. As shown in FIG. 7, a slide tool 14 is disposed in a vertical elongated slide hole 13 provided in the receiver 1 between the upper part of the operating tool mounting spacer 10 and the handle mount 11. A spacer 10 for attaching an operating tool corresponding to the slide hole 13 and a bush 16 passed through elongated holes 15 at the top and bottom of the handle mount 11 are attached to the slide tool 14 to penetrate therethrough. Furthermore, there are 1 knobs on both ends of this bush 16.
7 and 17 are attached by screws 18 and 18, and by operating the knobs 17 and 17, the bush 16 is inserted into the long hole 1.
Slide tool 1 moves up and down along lines 5 and 15.
4 can also be moved up and down along the slide elongated hole 13, and the knob 17, the bush 16, and the slide tool 14 form the operating tool 7. Further, the lower end of the upper operating rod 19 is fixed to the slide tool 14 with a screw 20, and a latch 6a as a locking tool 6 is attached to the upper end of the upper operating rod 19 with a screw 21.
It is fixed as shown in FIG. latch 6a
is vertically movable in a box 22 installed as a spacer in the upper end of the receiver 1.
3, it is biased upward. Therefore, the latch 6a protrudes upward from the inside of the box 22 by the elastic force of the spring 23, and is moved downward by the downward movement of the knob 17 (solid line state in FIG. 5a). Then, the upper operating rod 19 is moved downward, and the latch 6a is moved downward, so that the latch 6a can be retracted into the box 22. Note that 24 in FIG. 7 is a long hole provided in the upper operating rod 19. In addition, one end of the operating tool mounting spacer 16, the elongated holes 25, 25 provided at the bottom of the handle mount 11, and the slide elongated hole 26 provided in the receiver 1 in correspondence with the elongated hole 25. A bush 28 provided with a collar plate 27 is inserted therethrough, and a knob 29 is attached to the other end of the bush 28 with screws 30. The bush 28 and the knob 29 constitute the operating tool 7. The upper end of a lower operating rod 31 is fixed to this bush 28, and a drop 6b as a locking tool 6 is attached to the lower end of the lower operating rod 31 with screws 32. The drop 6b is housed between the receiver 1 and the spacer 9, and moves downward under its own weight so that its lower end protrudes downward from between the receiver 1 and the spacer 9. The drop 6b is inserted between the receiving tool 1 and the spacer 9 by pulling up the upper operating rod 31 via the bush 28 by an upward movement operation (imaginary line in FIG. 5a). Here, a U-shaped spring 36 is attached to the bush 28 with a screw 37.
When the bush 28 is moved upward, the U-shaped spring 36 is elastically engaged with the screw 12 as shown in FIG. I have made it possible. Reference numeral 33 in FIG. 7 is a long hole provided in the lower operating rod 31. Further, 34 and 35 are caps attached to the upper and lower ends of the handle fixture 11. Furthermore, on the outer surface of the operating tool mounting spacer 10 and the outer surface of the handle mounting tool 11,
Handles 38, 38 are attached between the upper and lower knobs 17, 29 with screws 39, 39.
