According to the prior art, due to the shape of the combustible material inserted into the combustion tube 6, no space is formed between the combustible objects, and the combustion air is insufficient, and the combustible material is not completely combusted. This poses a problem in that it remains as residual burnt material in the pipe 6, reducing the combustion efficiency of the incinerator equipped with a water heater.

This idea was made in view of the above circumstances,
As a specific means, a hollow main pipe with a connecting part to which a heat-resistant flexible hose can be connected is provided on one end side, and the other end is closed, and a hollow branch pipe with one end communicating and fixed to the main pipe is attached in the circumferential direction of the main pipe. A heat-resistant flexible electric fan and a heat-resistant flexible fan are provided, in which a plurality of fire grates are provided in the combustion pipe, and an arbitrary number of air outlets are provided in the main pipe and each branch pipe. The hose can be connected freely.

According to the above means, a space is formed between the combustion materials by the grate, and air is blown from the electric fan through the flexible tube to the grate and flows out from the air outlet provided in the main pipe and each branch pipe. Sufficient air is forced into the combustion material.
Also, since the grate is removable, it can be removed when the amount of air is sufficient to combust the combustible material by natural supply.

調整されている。 As shown in Fig. 1, the grate 1 has a connecting screw 2 at one end of a round pipe and is perpendicular to a main pipe 3 whose other end is closed. The grate 1 has a smaller outer diameter and a shorter length than the main pipe 3. It is formed by installing a branch pipe 4 with one end of a round pipe fixed in communication with the main pipe 3 and the other end closed.
Further, a plurality of branch pipes 4 are arranged at equidistant positions in the circumferential direction of the main pipe 3 and in the longitudinal direction of the main pipe. Further, the main pipe 3 and each branch pipe 4 constituting the grate 1 are provided with an arbitrary number of air blow-off ports 5.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the fire grate 1 connects the connecting screw 2 of the main pipe 3 and one end of the heat-resistant flexible hose 7 with a union joint 8 in the combustion pipe 6. The other end of the flexible hose 7 is connected to an air outlet 11 of an electric fan 10 that is inserted through the fire mouth cover 9 and detachably attached to the outer surface of the fire mouth cover 9. Note that the heat-resistant flexible hose 7 does not touch the fire grate 1 even when the fire mouth cover 9 is opened or closed.
It has been adjusted to a comfortable length so that it does not stretch.

る。 According to this embodiment configured as above,
When the fire spout cover 9 is opened and a combustible material is inserted from the fire port 12 above the grate 1 in the combustion tube 6 and ignited, the grate 1 creates a space between the combustible materials, making it easy to combust. do. Further, air is blown to the grate 1 by the electric fan 10 through the heat-resistant flexible hose 7, and the air outlet 5 of the grate 1 is blown to the grate 1.
The gas is forced out from the air, speeding up the combustion of the combustible materials and increasing combustion efficiency. Then, the combustion heat is transferred to the water in the hot water tank 15 through the walls of the combustion pipe 6, the smoke pipe 13, and the cleaning pipe 14, thereby raising the temperature.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to this invention, regardless of the shape of the combustible material, the combustible material can be incinerated in a short time, and furthermore, the combustible material can be completely combusted, so there is less combustible material, and the inside of the hot water tank is reduced. temperature rises faster. Furthermore, by making the grate removable, it can be removed when incinerating easily combustible materials such as garbage.
