【考案の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）
本考案は、繊維強化熱硬化性成形材料を一体成
形して得られるインテリア性、防水性、耐食性を
有し、補強用フレーム材を用いることなく組立て
容易な浴室ユニツト用壁面パネルに関するもので

（従来技術及びその課題）
従来、浴室ユニツトの壁面材としてはアルミ／
ポリエチレン／アルミのサイドイツチ板、塩ビ鋼
板、石綿板の表面に樹脂加工をほどこしたもの、

本考案者らは、前記の課題解決するため、鋭意

(i) 表面に模様を有し、かつ防水機能を有する平
面部と、

形されてること、
(ii) 補強用フレーム部が、該平面部裏面の外周辺
より立上るフランジ及び孔を有するボスとから
なり、かつ該ボスと他外周辺で立上る該ボスと
を結ぶリブとからなり、更に該リブとリブとの
交点に孔を有するボスが形成されてなること、
(iii) 裏面の孔は、他の浴室ユニツト材と連結の為
のもので、かつボス部分にパネル表面に貫通し
ない程度にあけられたものと、フランジ面に対
して直角方向に貫通しているものからなるこ
と、
(iv) 熱硬化性成形材料が、シート・モールド・コ
ンパウンド又はバルク・モールド・コンパウン
ドからなること
を特徴とする一体成形された繊維強化熱硬化性樹
脂製浴室ユニツト用壁面パネルを提供するもので

２、フランジ３及び孔４から形成される補強用フ
レーム部パネル裏面を示す。この補強用フレーム
部は、パネル表面である模様を有し、かつ防水機
能を有する平面部裏面にSMC，BMC等のFRPで
平面部と一体で形成される。該フレーム部は、平
面部裏面の外周辺より立上るボス２とフランジ３
とのくり返しからなり、ボス２には、パネル表面
まで貫通しない程度に孔４が形成されている。
又、フランジ３には、立上る面に貫通する孔４が
形成されている。補強フレーム部は、該ボス５と
他外周辺で立上るボスとを結ぶリブと孔を有する
ボスとのくり返しからなる例えば格子状の補強部

士の接合面に目地止め１０が入つている。第４図
は本考案のパネル５と天井部材６との接合部分を
示す第２図のＢ部の詳細図であり、接合部分がボ
ルト１１とナツト１２で固着され、パネルと天井
部材との接合面に目地止め１０が入つている。第
５図は本考案のパネル５と防水パン７との接合部
分を示す第２図のＣ部の詳細図であり、接合部分
がボルト１１とナツト１２で固着され、本考案の
パネルと防水パンとの接合面に目地止め１０が入
つている。又、第６図は本考案の２枚のパネルを
直角に接した部分を示す第２図のＤ部の詳細図で
あり、接合部分がＬ形コーナーフレーム１３を介
してボルト１１とナツト１２で固着され、パネル
とコーナーフレームとの接合面に目地止め１０が

本考案のパネルは、補強用フレーム部分と防水
機能を有する平面部分とをシート・モールデイン
グ・コンパウンド（SMC）、バルク・モールデイ
ング・コンパウンド（BMC）等の熱硬化性成形
材料を用いて加圧、加熱で一体成形せしめて得ら
れている為、耐食性、耐久性に優れた浴室ユニツ
ト用パネルを提供できる。又、本考案のパネル
は、裏面にフランジ、リブ及びボスが同時に成形
され、その際浴室組立時の結合下孔も設けられ、
この孔に結合継手を通じて他の浴室ユニツト構成
材を連結固着することができるため、組立てが容
易で、作業能率が向上しかつ工期が短縮されるメ
リツトをもたらすものである。更に、本考案のパ
ネルは、別フレームを必要としないため経済的に
