The structure of Publication No. 57-54051 is disclosed. As shown in Figure 1, this measures the speed of the vehicle by converting the rotor 2 into angular movement using the eddy current action generated by the rotational movement of the magnet 1. If the speed is less than a set value, the rotor The shielding plate 3 attached to the shield plate 2 is not interposed in the gap 6 between the light emitting element 4 and the light receiving element 5 which are arranged opposite to each other. However, when the speed exceeds a set value, the shielding plate 3 intervenes in the gap 6 and blocks the irradiated light from the light emitting element 4 to the light receiving element 5, and the electric circuit 7 is activated to light the lamp 8.

There are many. As a result, accidents continue to occur frequently.

A display lamp is connected, a first resistor and a light emitting element are connected in series to this lamp, and a light receiving element is connected in parallel to a capacitor that is chargeably connected from one end of this lamp through a second resistor. A transistor circuit that conducts when the terminal voltage of the capacitor increases is connected in series with the lamp, thereby causing the alarm display lamp to blink when each element is disconnected due to movement of the control member. It is something.

is a light emitting diode which is a light emitting element in Fig. 1,
Q 1 is also a phototransistor which is a light receiving element,
8 is an indicator lamp for warning. The phototransistor Q1 is turned on or off depending on whether a shielding plate 6, which is a control member for controlling optical coupling, is interposed in the gap 6 between the light emitting diode D1 and the phototransistor Q1 . The lamp 8 is connected to a power source E, and is also connected in series with a first resistor R1 and a light emitting diode D1 to form a closed circuit. Further, a series circuit of a resistor R 1 and a light emitting diode D 1 , a series circuit of a second resistor R 3 and a chargeable/dischargeable electrolytic capacitor C are connected in parallel, and this capacitor C, a resistor R 2 and a photodiode are connected in parallel. A series circuit of transistors Q 1 is connected in parallel. 9 is a transistor circuit operated by the voltage between the terminals of the capacitor C, which includes an emitter resistor R 4 , a transistor Tr 1 , predetermined bias resistors R 5 , R 6 , R 7 , and Darlington-connected transistors Tr 2 and Tr 3 and stabilizing diodes
Consists of D 2 . One end of the emitter resistor R 4 in the transistor circuit 9 is connected to the connection point between the resistor R 3 and the capacitor C, and the resistor R 6 and the collector of the transistor Tr 3 are connected to the power source E via the lamp 8.

R7の関係はR6/R7<R3/R2に設定してある。 First, when the vehicle is running at a predetermined speed or lower, the shielding plate 3 is not interposed in the air gap 6, so the phototransistor Q1 is in the light receiving state and is turned on, so the voltage across the terminals of the capacitor C is equal to the resistor R2. and the partial pressure of R 3 . Here, the resistances R 2 , R 3 and R 6 ,
The relationship of R 7 is set to R 6 /R 7 <R 3 /R 2 .

い。 From this relationship, when phototransistor Q 1 is ON, there is always a reverse bias between the base and emitter of transistor Tr 1 , and transistor Tr 1 is OFF, so no base current flows through transistors Tr 2 and Tr 3 , and transistor Tr 2 and Tr 3 is also turned off, and as a result, lamp 8 is turned off. Although a driving current flows through the lamp 8 to the light emitting diode D 1 and the phototransistor Q 1 , the lamp 8 does not turn on because the resistors R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 are made sufficiently large.

する。 Next, when the vehicle exceeds a predetermined speed, the shielding plate 3 is interposed in the gap 6 and blocks the radiation from the light emitting diode D1 , and the phototransistor Q1 does not receive light and is turned off. And phototransistor Q1 changes from ON to OFF.
Therefore, the capacitor C is charged via the resistor R3 , and when the voltage becomes higher than the base voltage of the transistor Tr1 , the transistor Tr1 becomes forward biased and turns on. And transistors Tr 2 and Tr 3
Base current flows and transistors Tr 2 and Tr 3 are also turned on.
While the transistor Tr 3 is ON, the current from the power source E flows through the lamp 8 to the collector of the transistor Tr 3 , and the lamp 8 lights up. Then capacitor C is discharged and its voltage is transferred to transistor
When the voltage becomes lower than the base voltage of Tr 1 , the transistor
Tr 1 becomes reverse biased and turns OFF. Therefore, no base current flows through the transistors Tr 2 and Tr 3 , and the transistors Tr 2 and Tr 3 are also turned off. and,
Power supply E flowing to the collector of transistor Tr 3
The current flows through the resistor R3 again to the capacitor C, and the capacitor C is charged. As a result, the lamp 8 is almost turned off. Thus, while capacitor C is being charged, the current from source E is R 3
While the capacitor C is being discharged, the current from the power source E flows through the collector of the transistor Tr3 to ground, so the lamp 8 is turned on. Therefore, the lamp 8 blinks at the timing of charging and discharging the capacitor C.
