Automation of work such as automatic insertion and automatic inspection of chip parts such as square parts, chip capacitors, chip resistors, chip reactors, chip diodes, etc. with a diameter of 2 m/m and a length of several m/m or less, and watch parts is being promoted. Various small parts feeders with a bowl diameter of around 100 m/m or less than 100 m/m are available for use in aligning and conveying these minute parts.

In other words, flexibility is provided in the direction of rotational and reciprocating vibration of the bowl, so that the bowl torsion force induced by the electromagnetic force and the leaf spring is not absorbed by the vibration isolating rubber, and acts on the bowl as effectively as possible. That's what I do.

In order to prevent the vibration amplitude from decreasing and the feed speed from decreasing, an additional counterweight can be easily and aesthetically installed on the lower vibrating body. That is, it is possible to drive bowls in a relatively wide range of weight relative to the main body.

The gap between the contactor and the contactor can be easily adjusted from the outside without requiring removal of the cover or other disassembly, and the resonance can be easily adjusted.

This is extremely advantageous in terms of reducing the number of parts and making the overall structure more compact.

Strictly speaking, the leaf spring 9 connects the upper vibrating body 2 and the lower vibrating body 4 with a contactor which is the upper vibrating body 2 and the lower vibrating body. By making one mounting hole 9a of the spring 9 a long hole and adjusting the distance between the fixed points at both ends of the leaf spring 9, the gap between the vertical vibrating bodies 2 and 4 and the gap between the vibrating electromagnet 3 and the contact body can be adjusted. This makes it easy to do this.

As shown in FIG. 3, the annular body can be closely fitted to the lower outer periphery of the lower vibrating body 4, and can be inserted and fixed between the lower end of the lower vibrating body 4 and the upper base plate 6. Therefore, a mounting flange portion 10a is integrally formed at the lower part of the inner circumference, so that the mounting bolts 14 of the upper base plate 6 can be commonly used for mounting.

する上でとりわけ有利さを発揮する。 As explained above, in this invention, plate-shaped anti-vibration rubber with an elongated rectangular cross section is arranged approximately radially between the upper base plate and the lower base plate and is baked and bonded to both base plates, so that the anti-vibration rubber unit is It can have low stiffness in some directions and maintain relatively high stiffness in other directions. Therefore, when the parts feeder is fixed to a stationary member etc. using the lower base plate, the parts feeder is held in a floating state to prevent vibrations from being transmitted to the stationary member etc. and at the same time avoid receiving undesirable reaction force. This allows the bowl to vibrate reliably. Since the parts feeder is fixed in place through the vibration-isolating rubber unit in this way, there is no possibility that the entire parts feeder will move from its predetermined installation location due to vibration, and is therefore extremely stable. This is particularly advantageous for accurately transporting minute components such as chip capacitors that can cause unexpected deflection even when subjected to a slight external force.

を構成させることができる。 Furthermore, since the anti-vibration rubber unit is literally made into a unit, it can be easily disassembled and removed from the parts feeder.
In addition to making assembly easier, when you need to increase the weight of the lower vibrating body, you can remove the bolts that connect the upper base plate and the lower vibrating body, and then tighten the bolts while inserting the annular counterweight. Counterweights can be added quickly, easily, and elegantly by simply fixing them. In addition,
The anti-vibration rubber unit also serves as a weight.
In other words, by providing a protrusion on one or both of the upper base plate and the lower base plate so as to fill the space between adjacent vibration isolating rubbers, the space can be used effectively and the product can be made more compact. A part of the required weight can be made to be on the lower vibrating body side without any disadvantage.

要しない。 In addition, the number of parts can be reduced by making the upper vibrating body to which the bowl is attached double as the contact of the vibrating electromagnet, and the lower vibrating body to which the vibrating electromagnet is attached doubles as the protective envelope of the vibrating electromagnet and the resonant weight. At the same time, it has become compact and has a simple configuration, making it easy to assemble and disassemble. Moreover, since the leaf spring that connects the upper vibrating body and the lower vibrating body is housed in a notch recessed in the outer peripheral surface of these vibrating bodies, it is possible to adjust the gap between the electromagnet and the contact. The bolts that secure the leaf spring can be accessed directly from the outside without requiring any disassembly.

パーツフイーダ。[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A bowl is removably attached to the top surface, an upper vibrating body that also serves as a contact for the vibrating electromagnet, and a vibrating electromagnet that gives rotational reciprocating vibration to the upper vibrating body are installed via a magnet fixing base, A cylindrical lower vibrating body that serves as a protective envelope for the vibrating electromagnet as well as a resonant weight; Insert the ends into the notched recesses formed at equal positions on the outer circumferential surface.
A plurality of leaf springs fixed in such a way that the distance between fixing points at both ends can be adjusted, an upper base plate detachably coupled to the lower end of the lower vibrating body, and detachably coupled to an appropriate stationary member, etc. A plate-shaped barrier with a vertically long rectangular cross section is made of a lower base plate that is attached to the upper and lower base plates and is baked and bonded to both base plates in a substantially radial position to lower the rigidity in the rotational direction and increase the rigidity in other directions. The lower vibrating body includes a vibration isolating rubber unit in which either or both of the upper base plate and the lower base plate is provided with a protrusion projecting into the space between adjacent vibration isolating rubbers. A parts feeder characterized in that an annular counterweight can be added between the lower end of the parts feeder and the upper base plate.
