触抵抗の増大によつて装置に悪影響を及ぼすと共
に接続部の発熱等で電源母線を破損させる危険性

れるように案出した新規な電源母線を提供するも
のであり、これによつて繰返し締結処理によつて

などを完全に阻止し、適正な外部接続処理を行な
えるようになる。接続部品6は、導体1の材質と
は異なるステンレス等の高強度耐腐食性を有する
導電性部材で形成するのが好ましく、第3図の如
く、その端部には適当な回り止め9を設け、ま
た、穴10に圧入又は挿入するとき他の孔5とネ
ジ穴7との位置合せ処理に便宜となるように適度
な平担部8を備えるのが好適である。このような
電源母線は、必要に応じて、第2図のように、接
続端面を残して全体を外装絶縁被覆処理11する
ように構成することもできる。また、第4図の如
く、複数の導体1に上記の如き接続部品6を嵌着
して導体1間を絶縁しながら一体に積層し、外装

従つて、本考案によれば、従来の如く導体のネジ
穴に外部接続用端子等を取付けることなく、強度
の高い別体の接続部品を導体に適宜嵌着してお
き、この接続部品に端子等の締結強度を持たせる
ように構成してあるので、導体に損傷等を与える
ことなく繰返しの締結処理を行なつても良好な外
部接続を安定確実に行なえるという利点がある。
従つて、従来のように不完全な接続による接触抵
抗の増大で接続部による発熱又は他部品との接触
等による短絡事故などを完全に防止して極めて信
頼性の高い外部接続処理を行なえる電源母線を提
