If the conditions are not met, the dried seaweed may crack, wrinkle, or tear, or the seaweed and seaweed cage may peel off early, reducing the product value, or the drying process and post-processing may be affected. It had drawbacks such as not proceeding smoothly.

簀乾燥装置である。 That is, the present invention has a drive pulley and a guide pulley for suspending and moving a long or endless seaweed cage in a meandering manner in a box-shaped drying device main body, and a drying airflow heated by a heat exchanger. In the first stage of the drying process, the drying device has a duct with a blowing hole that blows air from the back side of the nori basin, and in the second stage, from both sides of the nori basin at a substantially right angle to the nori basin, and also includes a part or all of the guide pulley. This is a seaweed cage drying device characterized by serving as a sensor pulley for the expansion and contraction of the seaweed cage and for slowing down the running speed of the seaweed cage, and controlling the rotational speed of the nori drive pulley by the displacement of this sensor pulley.

The figure is a side view of the heat exchanger main body 1 connected. The heat exchanger main body 1 is a known heat exchanger having a combustion device 2 consisting of an oil burner and a fan, a primary ventilation side through which generated high-temperature combustion gas escapes to a chimney 3, and a secondary ventilation side with a circulation fan for heat exchange with this. Since this is a replacement device, detailed illustrations are omitted. This secondary ventilation side is communicated with the drying device main body 10 through upper and lower connecting pipes 5 and 4 to form a circulation path.

It enters the main body, is suspended in a meandering manner by a group of pulleys arranged above and below within the main body, advances in a meandering manner, and exits to the right side B. At the top of one side of the main body 10, there is an entrance opening 11. The upper part of the other side has a screen outlet opening 12. Also, in the vicinity of the inlet opening and in the vicinity of the outlet opening, there are guide pulleys 13, 14 and 15' for guiding the movement of the screen. Between the guide pulleys 13 and 14 on the entrance side, there is a sensor pulley 15 that is pivotally supported so as to be able to move up and down or swing up and down.

In the case where an electric motor (not shown) having a known control mechanism (not shown) that increases or decreases its rotational speed by vertical movement or vertical rocking displacement is connected, and the speed of the entering seaweed pen 50 changes. For example, when the approach of the seaweed cage 50 becomes faster than the circumferential speed of the drive pulley 16, the sensor pulley 15 descends,
This displacement is input as an instruction signal to the motor control mechanism to increase the rotation speed of the drive pulley 16. Then, the sensor pulley 15 starts to rise, and this displacement is fed back to the control mechanism and the drive pulley 1
6 is a circumferential speed equal to the entering speed of the seaweed cage 50, and the sensor pulley 15 is automatically controlled to maintain a fixed position.

The drive pulleys 17, 19, 21 are configured to be rotated in synchronization with the drive pulleys 16, 18, 20, respectively, by a belt or chain.
Note that the drive pulleys 17, 19, and 21 can also be used as guide pulleys that rotate freely.

The pulley surfaces of 4, 25, 26, 27, and 28 should be adjusted so that the surfaces of the pulleys corresponding to the nori cage are in contact with only the parts of the cage where raw seaweed is not cut, for example, in the case of single-row papermaking, only the edges are contacted. Either make the circumferential surface lower or, for example, divide the pulley into two parts and attach them to one shaft so that they correspond only to both edges.
