部分に対向して内側面を持つ細長い血管締めつけ
部分を有し、 該第1脚部材が該血管締めつけ部分から延びる
鉤状部を形成する折り返しをその各先端に有する
開いた卵形の形状になつており、該鉤状部の各々
が該第1脚部材の内側面から距離を置き、実質的
に平行な内側面を有し、 該第2脚部材が該第1部材の卵形の内面に適合
する形状になつており、該第2脚部材の各先端が
該第1脚部材の鉤状部に係合するように形成さ
れ、 該第1および第2脚部材は、第2脚部材が該鉤
状部に係合するとき1つの鉤状部の自由端から該
第2脚部材の隣接面まで延びる蝶番手段によつて
連結されており、 該第2脚部材の蝶番式先端が回転して該第1脚
部材の対応する鉤状部と係合し、該第2脚部材の
他の先端が撓み、かつ閉じる位置で該脚部材を機
械的に固定するために他の鉤状部に係合される如
く、該第1および第2脚部材が該蝶番部を軸にし
て開く位置から閉じる位置へ回動することを特徴

ツプであつて、前記第1および第2脚部材は、該
脚部材の開く位置にあるとき第1脚部材の血管締
めつけ部分から第2脚部材の近位の先端まで延び
る剪断可能なウエブによつて結合されており、該
ウエブは脚部材が閉る位置にある間剪断されてい
