Problems that the invention aims to solve: However, in actual use, the stored batteries must be pressurized evenly during the charging and discharging cycles, and they must be charged outdoors regardless of the season while being stored in the storage box. Therefore, there is still a lack of consideration for battery performance when stored, such as when batteries tend to be insufficiently charged in cold regions or during freezing conditions.

EXAMPLE The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 4 shows the charging characteristics of the battery in a low temperature atmosphere. From the drawing, the characteristic curve marked with ● indicates the charging state in a lower temperature atmosphere than the characteristic curve marked with Γ, and even with a temperature difference of 7 to 8 degrees Celsius, the charger's timer operation time, that is, the battery terminal voltage is detected to keep the charging current constant. The time it takes to cut off the battery after that time is different by as much as an hour, and if the timers are set at the same time, the charging time will be shorter at a lower temperature, resulting in insufficient charging. Therefore, a vicious cycle of deep discharge and insufficient charging greatly impairs battery life. Therefore, the storage box is provided with a function that allows the battery to be charged at a constant ambient temperature at all times while the battery is stored. FIG. 2 shows a conventional storage box 1 in which batteries are arranged and assembled, and the temperature and dimensions of the storage box 1 sometimes affect battery performance. However, in the present invention, each battery 4 is housed in an iron storage box 1 as shown in FIG.
It is equipped with an iron pressurizing frame 2 that surrounds the battery, and has a heating wire 3 within the frame, so it is possible to charge the batteries while heating and keeping them warm. It is possible to apply even pressure to the battery, which is extremely effective in improving battery performance. As a specific means, each battery 4 is housed in a pressurized frame,
When charging, a connection wire for the heater wire is also incorporated into the connection clip with the charger to draw the heater wire input from the charger. A temperature sensor 5 is attached near the unit cell at a position indicating the temperature of the entire battery group, and a circuit is provided that can set the output of the heater wire 3 based on the signal output from the sensor 5. Therefore, the battery can be charged in just the right amount at a constant ambient temperature even in cold regions or during freezing conditions.

Effects of the invention As described above, with this invention, each stored battery is evenly pressurized and the battery performance is stable, and the ambient temperature of the battery is maintained constant even when used in cold regions. This is of great practical value, as it allows for proper charging with just the right amount of energy, improving battery life.
