従来のこの種回転電機の磁極固定装置として
は、実公昭49−44406号公報に示すものがあり、
第1図および第2図に示す如く構成されていた。

転電機の磁極固定装置を提供するものである。

の継鉄、41は継鉄4と一体的に打出し加工され
た位置決め用の突起部、5は継鉄4の内周面に電
気抵抗溶接等によつて強固に固着された軟鉄製棒
材からなる補助極、6はばね部61,62とこれ
らのばね部を相互に結合する帯状の連結部63か
らなるばね鋼板からプレス加工によつて一体に成
型加工された磁極固定用の保持枠、7は保持枠6
のばね部61,62で弾性支持されたフエライト
永久磁石材製の主磁極である。ここで保持枠6は
主磁極7の両側に2個以上配設され継鉄4に設け
られた突起部41によつてばね部62による主磁
極7の押圧反力が受圧される。ばね部61は補助
極5と隣接する主磁極7との間に弾性力を有して
張架され、補助極5が予め継鉄4の内周面に固着
されることによつて、ばね部61の押圧力で主磁
極7が補磁極5に向つて押圧される。
