〔考案の技術分野〕
この考案は主に瞬間接着剤や潤滑油等の液体の
注出容器に関し、特にペンタイプの液体注出容器

従来上述したペンタイプの液体注出容器は、液
体を収納した容器本体と、その口部に螺着された
先細状のキヤツプ兼用ノズルと、そのノズル内に
スライド可能に且つ常時スプリング機構で先端方
向に弾圧された状態で装着された小突起付き弁体
とから構成され、平時は上記スプリング機構の弾
圧力により弁体がノズルの先端注出口内面に圧接
して内容液体の流出を止め、使用時にはノズルの
注出口から突出している弁体先端の小突起を目的
の接着面等に押付けて、その小突起をノズル内に
混入させるべく弁体をスプリング機構に抗して移
動させることで、ノズル先端注出口が開放して内
容液体を注出できるよういなつている。

るが、その押付け力を解除すると即座にスプリン
グ機構の弾圧で弁体が閉成復帰して、それ以上の
液体注出を止めてしまう。つまり小突起の押付け
の都度一回一回弁体が閉成復帰してしまい、一回
の押付けで液体を一滴しか注出できず、液体を適
量注出するのが面倒である。しかも液体の注出の
際には必ず小突起を目的の接着面等にスプリング
力に抗する強い力で押付けなければならないの
で、その接着面等が動いたり或いは変形したりす
る不都合がある。さらには液体を小さな隙間の奥
の方に滴下するような場合、細長いアダプタを小
突起に嵌めて、注出口からそのアダツプタに沿つ
て流下させるようになすが、そうしたことは上述
の如く小突起を強く押付けておかなければ弁体が
開かない構造では該アダプタが折れてしまうので

するロツドを有し、且つそのロツドは容器本体の
基端閉塞壁に対し前記弁体が閉成状態から少なく
とも注出口を開くのに必要な退行移動ストローク
分の余裕間隔を存する長さとし、一方上記容器本
体は軸線方向に伸縮可能な蛇腹状部を有し基端閉
塞壁を外部から押圧操作することで前記弁体がノ
ズル注出口を閉成する状態にそのロツドを先端方
に押し動かせる構成としたことを特徴とする。

弁体を復帰移動操作できてノズル注出口を完全に
閉成し得るものになる非常に使い勝手が良い簡便

閉成状態から少なくとも注出口2bを開くのに必
要な退行移動ストローク分の余裕間隔を存する長
さとされている。そしてこのロツド3bは容器本
体1の蛇腹状部1cを短縮させるように基端閉塞
壁1aを外部から押圧操作することで該基端閉塞
壁1a内面に基端が当接して先端方に押し動かさ

近を指で挟み持つて、その先端に突出している小
突起3aを目的の接着面等の適宜箇所に軽く押付
けることで弁体3と共に退入させて、第2図に示
す如くノズル2の注出口2bを開口する。この状
態で容器本体1の周壁部を指で適度に加圧して内
容液体をノズル2の注出口2bから注出する。こ
うして適量の液体注出が終えたら、容器本体1の
基端閉塞壁1aを指で押圧操作して、該容器本体
1を蛇腹状部1cを介して軸線方向に短縮させる
ようにしながら、該基端閉塞壁1aでロツド3b
を先端方に押し動かし、これで弁体3をノズル2
の注出口2b内周面に圧接させて、第1図に示す
初期の閉成状態に復帰することで内容液体の流出

部から押圧操作することで前記弁体がノズル注出
口を閉成する状態にそのロツドを先端方に押し動
かせる構成としたことを特徴とする液体注出容
