Since it is very expensive, the cost per piece is very high unless it is produced in large quantities, and it has the disadvantage that it is not suitable as a packaging material for products shipped in small quantities. It is also difficult to rot, and when incinerated, it turns black at high temperatures. There were many problems such as smoke.

This product is characterized by having a concave portion in the plate body in which the product is placed.

のである。 The metal foil is preferably made of a material that is as easily plastically deformable as possible, such as aluminum, iron, or copper, and aluminum is particularly desirable because of its characteristics, such as its ability to stretch and be easily formed. Further, recently developed electrolytic iron foil is inexpensive and has the following characteristics, which is also advantageous. In other words, electrolytic iron foil is made by thinly bonding iron powder into one piece using electroforming, so it has almost no elasticity and is very plastic compared to rolled steel sheets, and its cut surfaces are not sharp, making it difficult to handle. Furthermore, since there is little impurity adhesion to the surface, the adhesive has good so-called "glue" even if the degreasing step is omitted, and exhibits a strong adhesive effect with other materials. In addition, conventional rolled steel foil has a minimum of 80μ
However, since electrolytic iron foil has a thickness limit of about 20μ, it is suitable for reducing the weight of buffer plates, and can also be used in combination with other materials. It allows you to obtain various characteristics of the body.

A metal foil 3 made of electrolytic iron foil is used, and paper buffer cloths 4, 4 are adhered to both sides of the metal foil 3, which is hung on a corrugator to form a corrugated plate 5. Further, leg portions 6, 6 are provided at both front and rear ends of the plate body 1 by bending the end portions. It is desirable that the legs 6 be provided at both ends in a direction perpendicular to the direction of wave propagation so that the legs 6 can act strongly as described above.

保持される。 In the above configuration, when pressing the recess 2 in the plate body 1, a female die and a male die are used.
The metal foil 3 is easy to bend and has plasticity, and as a corrugated sheet 5, it is easy to bend in the direction of wave propagation, but it is difficult to bend in the direction perpendicular to it, and if it is forcibly bent in the direction perpendicular to the direction, It loses all restoring power and retains its bent form.
Therefore, there is no need to heat the female mold and the male mold, and if the plate body 1 is sandwiched between the two molds and press working is performed, the pitch L between the waves will expand (or sometimes contract) and a deep recess 2 will be formed. The shape of the concave portion 2 is maintained stably because a sharp bend occurs at its periphery, and extremely strong plasticity is exhibited particularly at the bend point 7 in the direction perpendicular to the wave traveling direction as described above. .

い金属箔3を使用するのが良い。 Further, since the corrugated shape of the corrugated plate 5 retains its shape in the recess 2 unless a particularly deep recess 2 is formed, the peripheral wall 8 of the recess 2 also has cushioning properties. Since the cushioning properties of the surrounding wall 8 of the recess 2 are very important for safe transportation of goods, when the recess 2 is formed particularly deep, the waves of the corrugated sheet 5 should be formed densely, that is, the pitch L between the waves should be small. , a margin is provided so that the corrugated shape is not lost in the circumferential wall 8 of the concave portion 2. Further, in order to facilitate the formation of the deep recess 2, it is preferable to use a metal foil 3 such as aluminum that is stretchable and easy to shape.

It's summery. The buffer cloth 4 is made by laminating a heat-welded film 4b on the back side of a paper 4a, and is bonded to a metal corrugated plate 5 by heat-welding. Even if a heat-welding film or a heat-welding adhesive is used to bond the members together in this manner, heating is not required when press-molding the recess 2, so there is no risk of peeling of the bonded area during molding.

果がある。 The buffer plate for product packaging invented by this invention is
As explained above, a plate with high plasticity is formed by combining the metal foil material and the shape of the corrugated sheet, and since the plate is provided with a recess into which the product is placed, the recess is pressed. There is no need to use an expensive heat-resistant mold for the molding, and an inexpensive wooden mold that is easier to manufacture than a metal mold can be used.
Therefore, it is possible to immediately respond to the demand for a small number of products of many types, and also to supply them at a very low cost. In addition, the corrugated shape provides cushioning properties and appropriate strength, making it suitable for safe packaging of products, as well as being lightweight and easy to stack, making it extremely convenient for handling. It has excellent effects.
