Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、背柱の体内固定に用いる肉茎ねじに関し、特
に、小形で、調節可能で隣接背椎に適用できる肉茎ねじ
に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
体内背柱固定装置が背柱骨折の治療や背柱変形の修正に
用いられている。一般に、このような装置は、長い軸を
有するねじを含み、そのねじは肉茎に挿し込まれ１次に
背柱に大体平行に走る棒または板に締付けられる。ねじ
は、背柱に留め具として動き、ねじの軸の棒または板に
対する位置全調節することによって、背柱（またはその
断面）を所望の形状に固定できる。
肉茎ねじ金棒に取付ける方法は−いろいろと考えられた
問題であったので、この目的を達成する非常に様々なり
ランプや腕木がある。しかし、従来の提案は、構成が複
雑で嵩はシすぎる装置を含んでいたので、棒／ねじ組立
体を隣接背椎に取付けることは、不可能でなければ困難
であった。
さらに、多くの装置の場合、棒は、すべてのねじを挿入
する前に一つ以上のねじに固着されなければならない。
ある装置では、棒は、ねじを切られていて、棒とねじの
相対位ｗｔ−変えるのを困難にしている。
〔発明の解決しようとする課題〕
本発明は、稽すの寸法に容易に調節でき、隣接背椎に使
用するのに十分に小形でかつねじを背柱内に置いた後に
神を受けて調節のできる肉茎ねじを提供することを目的
としている。
〔課珀ヲ解決するための手段〕
本発明によれば、肉茎ねじが一端に骨に挿込むためのね
じのついた軸と、他端に棒を受けるように構成されたヨ
ークまたはトラフを備えた締付は手段とを具備している
。ヨークの前端の内部は、挿入された棒を押すように構
成された縁をもった尖頭の形になっているのが最も好ま
しい突起と、ヨークにあって挿入された棒を尖頭に押付
けて締付ける手段とを形作るように成形されているのが
好ましい。
締付は手段は、ヨーク内に滑り込ませて取付けられ棒を
尖頭または突起に押付けるねじ手段を有するブロックま
たはパネルであるのが好ましい。
ねじ手段は、尖頭または突起の各側に１本づつの２本の
ねじを備え、どちらかのねじを進めることによって棒を
傾けることができるようにしであるのが好ましい。
ヨークは、みそを備えているのが好ましく、ブロックは
、ヨーク内のみそとぴったり合って、ブロックがヨーク
の中に滑り込めるようにする見合いのみそを備えている
。ソケットと見合いの突起がヨークとブロックとのみそ
に設けられて、ブロックがヨークに挿入された棒にしつ
かシ締付けられるときブロックがヨークの中で滑らない
ようにするのが好ましい。
〔実施例〕
図面を参照すると、第１図は１本発明によるねじである
。総括的に１０として表わされたねじは。
１２におけるように一端にねじ金切られ、骨の中に導入
するためにやや尖らされているのが好ましい軸１１を備
えている。反対端にはヨークまたはトラフ１うがある。
ヨークの前端は、１１冬におけるように棒１５を受ける
ために湾曲している。棒１５はなめらかでもよい、すな
わちねじやまがっていなくてもよい。第２図および第う
図にもつと明瞭に示されているように、ヨークの前内壁
１６は、棒１５がもたれることのできる尖頭または突起
１７を形作るために内方ヘテーパがついている。
ヨークの側壁１８は、後方アンダカツト部分２０を有し
、パネルまたはブロック２１を受けるみぞまたは長穴１
９＝ｉ備えている。第４図および第５図に示されている
ように、ブロック２１は、ヨークのアンダカソト部分と
アシつぎ全形成する見合いのアンダカツト部分２６をも
ったランド２つを備えている。
ブロック２１は、第５図に示されているように。
棒１５に接触し、棒をヨークの前内側表面に形成された
尖頭１７に押しつけるようにブロック全通して進めるこ
とのできる２本の止めねじ２２および２５を備えている
。止めねじ２２．２５の外端は、適当なレンチで操作で
きるように六角形の頭にしてもよい。ブロック２１の厚
さは、ヨーク１９の深さよシかなシ小さいので、ブロッ
クはヨークにゆるくはまる。しかし、止めねじ２２．２
３が。
第）図に示されているように、挿入された棒を圧迫する
ように進められると、ブロックは、ランド２つのアンダ
カツト部分２６がヨークのアンダカツト部分２０に係合
するように押しかえされる。
ヨークのみぞ１９のアンダカツト部分２０の内部は、小
さな突起２４（第２図および第う図）を備えていてもよ
く、見合いのソケット２５がブロック２１に設けられて
止めねじ２２，２５１進めて、棒に押しつけ、ブロック
をヨークのみぞ１９の後部に押しかえすと突起２１４が
ソケット２５の中にはまって、ソケット内でブロックの
滑るのを妨げるようにする。
使用時には、ねじは、従来の教示に従って案内穴を設け
るためにキルシュネル針金を用いて肉薄に挿入できる。

の点に取付けた後に。

尖頭１７にあるので、どちらかの止めねじを進めること
によって棒を肉薄ねじに対して傾けることができる。こ
れは、とりわけ、背柱の変形を修正するために背柱自体
を所望通９に一直線にするために用いることができる。
〔発明の効果〕
第６図は、本発明による肉薄ねじを用いる２本の固定棒
を適用した一連の胸椎を示している。肉薄ねじのヨーク
端の横寸法は、かなり小さく１例えば＋　１２Ｘ１２＋
ｗの程度のものである。従って。
第６図に示されているように１本発明による肉薄ねじを
隣接背椎２了、２８に干渉なしに挿入することが可能で
ある。さらに、肉薄ねじと棒との間の角度を２本の止め
ねじの釣合いをとることによって調節できるので、棒が
非常に容易に所定の付量に納った後に棒の角度を調節す
ることが可能である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、骨に挿込むためにねじを切られている前端と棒を受
    けるヨークをもつた後端とを有する軸を備え、前記ヨー
    クの前方壁が前記ヨークに挿入された棒を圧迫するよう
    に構成された縁をもつた尖頭を形作るように成形されて
    おり、さらに前記ヨーク内にあつて前記ヨークに挿入さ
    れた棒を前記尖頭に締付ける手段を備えた肉茎ねじ。 ２、ブロックと、前記ブロックを前記ヨーク内に摺動さ
    せて取付ける手段と、前記ブロックについており、前記
    ヨークに挿入された棒を締付ける手段とをさらに備えた
    請求項１に記載の肉茎ねじ。 ３、前記ヨークの側面にあるみぞと、前記ヨークの側面
    にあるみぞに適合するランドを有するブロックと、前記
    ヨーク内にブロックを摺動させて取付ける手段と、前記
    ブロック内にあつて前記ヨークに挿入された棒を前記尖
    頭に押しつけるねじ手段とをさらに備える請求項１に記
    載の肉茎ねじ。 ４、前記ねじ手段が２本の止めねじからなる請求項３に
    記載の肉茎ねじ。 ５、前記ヨーク内の前記みぞと前記ブロック内の前記ラ
    ンドが互いにありつぎになるアンダカツト部分を有して
    いる請求項３に記載の肉茎ねじ。 ６、前記アンダカツト部分内にあつて、前記ブロックと
    前記ヨークとの間の相対運動を抑える手段をさらに備え
    る請求項３に記載の肉茎ねじ。 ７、軸と、前記軸についており、前記軸の端にヨークを
    備え、前記軸を前記軸の軸線に直角に走る棒に締付ける
    締めつけ手段と、前記ヨーク内に取外し自在に取付けら
    れたパネルと、前記パネル内にあつて前記ヨークに挿入
    された棒を前記ヨークの内部に押しつける手段とを備え
    る肉茎ねじ。 ８、前記ヨークの内側壁が前記ヨークに挿入された棒に
    接触する内方に伸びる突起をもつている請求項７に記載
    の肉茎ねじ。 ９、前記パネルが前記突起のどちらの側でも前記ヨーク
    の中に進められるように構成されたねじを有する請求項
    ８に記載の肉茎ねじ。 １０、肉茎ねじと棒とを具備し、前記肉茎ねじは軸と前
    記軸に付いていて前記肉茎ねじを前記棒に固着する締付
    け手段とを備え、前記締付け手段が、前記軸の端にある
    ヨークと、前記ヨークに取外し自在に取付けられたブロ
    ックと、前記ブロックにあつて前記棒を前記ヨークに挿
    入されたとき前記ヨークの内部に押しつける手段とを備
    えている背柱固定組立体。 １１、前記軸の前記ヨークから遠い端は、ねじを切られ
    ており、前記棒はねじを切られていない請求項１０に記
    載の背柱固定組立体。 １２、前記ヨークの内側壁が尖頭に形作られ、前記ブロ
    ックが前記ブロックに挿入された棒を前記尖頭に押しつ
    けるねじ手段を備えている請求項１０に記載の背柱固定
    組立体。
