In addition to producing a creaking sound, it also has the drawback of easily causing writing defects such as blurred writing and running out of ink. Therefore, various attempts have been made to reduce the surface tension of ink in order to eliminate these defects, but even if the surface tension is reduced, the intended purpose cannot be achieved sufficiently or the handwriting may become unclear. There is a drawback.

It is a product that eliminates the squeak of the ball and chip by mixing it with a fungicide and a fungicide.
First, as a solvent, in addition to water, a polyhydric alcohol such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dynamite glycerin, or triethanolamine is used in consideration of evaporability, dye solubility, and bleeding prevention properties. In addition, the fluorine-based surfactant that is dissolved in this together with dyes, etc. is Florard FC-170, which is a nonionic fluorine-based surfactant.
-C (product name: manufactured by Sumitomo 3M), etc., and the water-soluble silicone oil used is a copolymer of silicone and polyoxyalkylene such as Toshiba Silicone Oil YF3842 (product name: manufactured by Toshiba Silicone Company). , the surface tension of the ink is lowered by using one of them. On the other hand,
As the alkali metal salt of aminotrimethylenephosphonic acid for imparting lubricity, pentasodium aminotrimethylenephosphonic acid, pentasodium aminotrimethylenesulfonic acid, etc. are used. For example, commercially available Kenrox #106 (trade name - Teikoku Kagaku) is used. (manufactured by Sangyosha) etc. Furthermore, acid dyes and direct dyes that are generally used as ink dyes are sufficient. Furthermore, the reason why an alkali metal salt of aminotrimethylene sulfonic acid is used in combination with a fluorine-based surfactant or a water-soluble silicone oil is to improve the lubricity without impairing the performance of the ink. Even if lubricating properties are imparted by using fluorine-based surfactants or water-soluble silicone oil, it is not possible to obtain the desired ink because it has a negative effect on the performance of the ink. If any of the above is used alone, even though it has the effect of lowering the surface tension, it is unsuitable because it produces squeaking noise, causes directional writing, and also causes blurred writing and ink runout during writing. Even when the alkali metal salt of aminotrimethylenephosphonic acid is blended alone without fluorine-based surfactant or water-soluble silicone oil, it similarly causes directional writing and prevents ink from running out during writing. It has become clear through experiments that this occurs. Next, the amount of the fluorine-based surfactant, water-soluble silicone oil, and alkali metal salt of aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid is 100 parts by weight of the solvent (for example, 65 to 80 parts of water,
35 to 20 parts of polyhydric alcohol), 3 to 6 parts of dye dissolution aid, 1 to 2 parts of preservative and antifungal agent, and 0.1 to 1 part of fluorine surfactant or water-soluble silicone oil. 0.5 to 5 parts and 0.5 to 10 parts of an alkali metal salt of aminotrimethylenephosphonic acid are blended. This is due to the amount of fluorine-based surfactant added.
If the amount of water-soluble silicone oil is less than 0.1 part or less than 0.5 part, the effect of reducing surface tension will be poor;
If the amount of water-soluble silicone oil exceeds 5 parts, bleeding may occur, which is undesirable. On the other hand, if the alkali metal salt of aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid is less than 0.5 parts, it may take a long time to eliminate the squeaking sound. If more than 10 parts are added, the viscosity of the ink will increase, making it difficult to write without increasing the writing pressure, and the unique odor may cause discomfort to some users. From an economic point of view, 1 to 5 parts is suitable.

By dissolving a fluorine-based surfactant or water-soluble silicone oil and an alkali metal salt of aminotrimethylenephosphonic acid in an ink made of a dye and a solvent made of water and polyhydric alcohol, the rotation of the ball during writing is prevented. It is smooth and eliminates the squeaking noise caused by the ball and tip, and there is no blurring or running out of ink, and it also prevents the writing from becoming directional, making it an excellent choice for water-soluble ballpoint pens. It is extremely useful as an ink.
