【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、電子機器や機械装置等において、ス
イツチ等の誤操作防止やレバー等操作部や機構部
の保護の為に設けられる蓋開閉機構に関するもの

なる軸をインサート成型に依つて蓋本体に固定す
る方法がとられていた。その為に前者では、取付
けの不備によつて使用中に開閉機のガタ付きが発
生したり、せまい部分に使用する場合には、蓋表
面より突き出たネジや鋲の頭部の為に、周囲の部
品との間隔を十分にとる必要性が生じるという欠
点があつた。また後者では、大がかなりな金型が
必要となり、かつ使用中のストレスの為に蓋保持
部にクラツクが入り、軸の保持が不完全となり同
様に開閉機構のガタ付きが生じるという欠点があ

は、バネ性を有した金属薄板より成り組み立て固
定された時に、蓋1と接する側に蓋1の凹部(又
は孔)6と係合する位置決めの為の複数個の凸状
の突起7が設けられている。また軸4と接する部
分は、V溝を形成しており、安定して軸を保持で
きる構成となつている。止メ金2の開口部9は、
蓋1の板厚と略同一の寸法で作られており、組立
て時の挾時を堅固にするものとなつている。止メ
金2の端部10は折り曲げられており蓋が閉じら
れた時に、操作部開口部の外縁に位置するエスカ
ツション5の一部に押し当てられる為、ストツパ
