The bent portions 2' and 3' of the outer box 2 and the inner box 3 are formed by being bent at approximately right angles, and the high temperature refrigerant piping 7
is located at a corner of the outer box 2 formed by providing the bent portion 2'. This high-temperature refrigerant pipe 7 is fixed in advance to the outer box 2 with tape 8 before foam-filling with the heat-insulating material 4, and is buried within the heat-insulating box 1 by foam-filling the heat-insulating material 4.

ものである。 However, in cases where high-temperature refrigerant piping is buried in this way, it must be held in close contact with the outer box, and when the insulation material is foam-filled, the insulation material may enter between the outer box and the outer box. In order to prevent heat transfer from being inhibited by heat transfer, the work of securing with tape must be performed over the entire length of the high-temperature refrigerant piping, making this work cumbersome. Also,
Since the high-temperature refrigerant piping is buried inside the insulated box, there is a problem in that it cannot be replaced if it becomes damaged. Further, the high-temperature refrigerant piping also serves to prevent frosting and freezing of the decorative cover, and in the case of conventional pipes, the prevention effect on the decorative cover is satisfactory.

The same part as the figure is shown. The outer box 2 has a bent part 2'
A downwardly directed extending portion 9 is continuously formed at the tip, and the extending portion 9 is provided with an arcuate recess 9a for receiving the high temperature refrigerant pipe 7 of the refrigeration unit. As in the conventional case, the inner box 3 has only a bent portion 3' bent inward at a substantially right angle. The decorative cover 5 that covers the opening edge of the heat insulating box 1 has a cover that, when attached to the opening edge, collides with the high-temperature refrigerant pipe 7 inserted into the recess 9a of the extension part 9 to prevent the pipe from collapsing. A hanging wall serving as an engaging piece 10 that presses against and holds the inner surface of the recess 9a is integrally formed.

This is an example in which a sliding portion 11 of the body 6 is formed. In the case shown in FIG. 4, a hanging wall 5' provided on a decorative cover 5 to form a sliding part 11 presses a high-temperature refrigerant pipe 7 charged into a recess 9a of an extension part 9. I try to keep it. In the case shown in FIG. 5, an engaging piece 10 is provided on the decorative cover 5 so as to extend the hanging wall 5' forming the sliding part 11, and the engaging piece 10 engages the recess 9a of the extending part 9. The charged high temperature refrigerant pipe 7 is held under pressure.

保持する。 Note that 9b shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 is a raised part provided at the tip of the recess 9a of the extension part 9 to support the engagement piece 10 of the decorative cover 5, and the raised part 9b and the recess are The dimension H between the inner surface of the tip end of 9a is slightly larger than the sum of the outer diameter of the high-temperature refrigerant pipe 7 and the wall thickness of the engaging piece 10, so that the engaging piece 10 is connected to the high-temperature refrigerant pipe 7 and the rising part 9b. By fitting between the recess 9a and the recess 9a, the high temperature refrigerant pipe 7 is pressed against the inner surface of the recess 9a. Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 4, the rising part 9b may not be provided, and in that case, by attaching the decorative cover 5 to a predetermined position, the hanging wall 5', which is an engaging piece, can abut against the high-temperature refrigerant pipe 7. Press and hold.

保持されて備えられる。 As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, after the heat insulating box 1 is formed, the high temperature refrigerant pipe 7 is inserted into the recess 9a of the extension 9 of the outer box 2, and then the heat insulating box 1 is inserted into the recess 9a. By attaching the decorative cover 5 to the edge of the opening, the high-temperature refrigerant pipe 7 is provided while being pressed against the inner surface of the recess 9a.

の両方の機能を満足できる。 As described above, the present invention continuously forms an extension part having a concave part directed downward and protruding outward at the tip of the bent part of the outer box, and a refrigeration unit is placed in the concave part of this extension part. The high-temperature refrigerant piping is inserted and the high-temperature refrigerant piping is pressed and held against the inner surface of the recess by a decorative cover that covers the opening edge, so the high-temperature refrigerant piping can be easily installed after the insulation box is formed. Furthermore, the high-temperature refrigerant pipe can be taken out by removing the decorative cover, and can be replaced if damage occurs. Furthermore, since the high-temperature refrigerant piping is attached closely to the outer case and the decorative cover, it is possible to satisfy both the functions of preventing condensation on the outer case and preventing freezing of the decorative cover.
