2889, Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-19386, etc.) or continuous injection molding method (Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-22768, etc.), groups of mushroom-shaped or hook-shaped protrusions (engaging elements, hereinafter referred to as ribs) are formed. A method of manufacturing a sheet for hook-and-loop fasteners has been proposed.

It has good precision and can usually be made by hand as an integral molding. The resin molded body A has a large number of struts (2) without rib heads, which serve as struts for engaging ribs, on at least one surface of a base material (1), which form a group and are usually arranged almost perpendicularly on the base material. It is formed in a columnar group. The tips of the columnar groups are provided with a resin molded body B, which will be described later, placed thereon and can be integrated by bonding or bonding, and are preferably located generally approximately horizontally with respect to the base material surface. The shapes of the base material (1) and the pillars that constitute the resin molded body A are arbitrary.

As shown in the figure. The base material (1) of the hook-and-loop fastener has a large number of rib groups on at least one surface. The rib consists of a rib support (2) that is perpendicular to the base material surface and a square flat rib head (3) that is horizontal to the base material surface at the tip of the rib support. Strut (2) tip and rib, head (3)
are joined at the joint (4). Such hook-and-loop fasteners have good flexibility in the rib head and can provide smooth retention.
