【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、リヤエンジンバスの如き大型自動車
のエンジンルームの換気装置の改良に関するもの
である。

リヤエンジンバスは、騒音を軽減するためエン
ジン及びこのエンジンによつて駆動されるクーラ
ー用コンプレツサ等種々の補機類を収納する密閉
型エンジンルーム(バルクヘツド)を備えてい
る。しかし、この密閉型エンジンルームは熱気が
溜まり易く電装品や種々のラバー部品を傷めその
寿命を短かくするのでエンジンルームの熱気を排
出しエンジンルーム内の雰囲気温度を下げること
が要求される。従来、車室内を冷房するための冷
房用フアンとエンジンルーム内の空気を排出する
ための排気用フアンとを同一のモータによつて駆
動するようにした装置が提案されている(実開昭
49−53437号公報参照)。しかし、このような構造
では冷房用フアンと排気用フアンとの位置が制約
され、従つてエンジンルームの排気通路を適正位
置に配置することができなかつた。特に、エンジ
ンルームから強制排気する場合に騒音を発生する
傾向があるのでこの騒音を可及的に和らげること
が要求される。

る。尚、上記実施例ではフアン26はコンプレツ
サ用電磁カツプリングの駆動回路に接続された
が、クーラーの運転指令に応答して駆動される専
用の駆動回路を有していてもよい。

ム内の熱を強制的に排出するようにしたので経済
的である。
