屋根は外観上好ましくない。 Traditionally, snow accumulated on roofs in areas with heavy snowfall causes slipping on the slope of the roof, causing the roof tiles to lose their normal position and damage the roof. In order to prevent harmful phenomena such as snow falling, a snow prevention structure using roof tiles having snow prevention protrusions at important points on the roof is known.
However, the above-mentioned regular roof is constructed by arranging the left and right ends of plate-like flat tiles with a gentle arc shape in cross section close to each other, and stacking the first half of the next flat tile on the second half of each to create a roof slope. Roofing is installed upwards, and further round tiles with a semicircular cross section are placed over the adjacent edges of the flat tiles, and the round tiles are arranged in series along the slope of the roof with their front and rear ends in contact with each other. This is an arrayed roofing form.
However, the fixation of the individual flat tiles and round tiles is not structurally sufficient, and the main thatched roofs are large-scale buildings such as temples and consist of slopes with strong slopes.
If a known snow stopper structure is used, the sliding load of fallen snow applied to the snow stopper protrusions will immediately cause the bare round tiles and flat tiles in the area to become severely misaligned and the arrangement posture to collapse. is not used. Accordingly, snow prevention means are often used in which several crossbars are horizontally installed at intervals on the slope of a real thatched roof, and the crossbars are connected by chains or the like to balance the snow load on both sides of the slope. However, the snow stopping means needs to be removed at times other than when it is snowing, and each attachment and detachment requires a lot of effort, making it extremely troublesome and dangerous work. Furthermore, a real thatched roof with such crossbars is unfavorable in terms of appearance.

First, FIGS. 1 to 5 are orthogonal projection views showing a flat roof tile 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention (the left side view appears opposite to the right side view). The flat tile 1 of the present invention has a rectangular plate shape with a gently curved cross section, and a snow stopper projection 3 is integrally provided along the front edge 1'' of the concave upper surface.Snow stopper projection 3 is symmetrical with its center located at the vertical center 8 of the flat tile 1, and has a roughly semicircular bridge shape, with a running water window 4 vertically penetrating the lower part. The running water window 4 collects rainwater and melted snow. The lower surface 4' of the opening is the same as the upper surface of the flat tile 1.Furthermore, the snow stopper projection 3 has a pair of locking claws 5A5B raised on both sides in the lateral direction (left and right direction in FIG. 3). The locking claws 5A5B are raised from the top surface of the flat tile 1 and extend slightly to the left and right, so that when a bare round tile 2, which will be described later, is installed on the flat tile 1, it engages the lower edge of the round tile 2. It is designed to fit into the stop groove 9A9B.In addition, 6A6B in the figure is a stop that becomes a stopper that brings the front end of the next flat tile into contact when the flat tiles 1 are mutually arranged.
It is provided in the first half of the left and right edges 1' of the flat tile 1,
Further, 7 is a small protrusion provided at the rear end of the lower surface in order to catch the roofing soil that the lower surface contacts when similarly arranged.

In Figures 10 and 11, flat tiles 1N with snow-stopping protrusions 3 are arranged horizontally in a row at important points on the main thatched roof, and flat tiles 1N'1N'' in front and behind the flat tiles 1N'1N'' have snow-stopping protrusions 3.
Ordinary flat tiles without tiles are used, and the first half is stacked on top of the second half of each roof tile and roofed in the same way as in the past. Then, the plain round tile 2N having the locking groove 9A9B at the joining portion of the left and right edges 1' of the flat tile 1N is overturned, and the locking claw 5A5B is fitted into the locking groove 9A9B, and the two are firmly connected and disposed. will be established. Then, the front and rear round tiles 2N'2N'' are connected to each other before and after the round tile 1N.The tiles 1N2N having the above-mentioned snow-stopping structure are installed approximately 3 times per slope of the main roof. ~4
They are arranged horizontally in about the same number of rows, and the middle part is covered with regular flat tiles.

水上の障害はない。 In the real roof having the above-mentioned snow-stopping structure, the snow-stopping protrusions 3 act as a stopper, so that the snow on the roof is prevented from sliding, thereby providing a so-called snow-stopping effect. At this time, the snow stopper protrusion 3 receives a large sliding load, but the flat tile 1N with the snow stopper structure and the round tile 2N physically become one body by the above-mentioned fitting connection, and the round tiles are connected in series. Since the roof tiles are connected back and forth to support the load, the snow prevention function can be achieved without causing the roof tiles to shift or collapse in the correct roofing configuration. That is, the snow stopper projection 3 protruding from the flat tile 1 is physically connected to the round tile 2 by the locking pawl 5 and the locking groove 9, and the round tile 2 is connected to the slope of the roof. The flat tiles 1 with the snow-stopping protrusions 3 are installed in series with their ends in contact with each other, and have the property of being able to withstand a considerable amount of sliding load in the direction of the slope of the roof. Even if a large sliding load is received due to the sliding load, the load is borne by the bare round tiles 2 on both sides, which have anti-slip properties, so the flat tile 1 with the snow-preventing protrusions 3 does not slide down and has a snow-preventing effect. It can be played effectively. In addition, since the roof provided with the snow prevention structure has the drainage window 4, rainwater and melted snow flow down through the drainage window 4, so there is no problem with the flow of water.

く野地板である。 Furthermore, when the flat tile 1 having the above-mentioned snow stopper protrusion 3 is subjected to a sliding load due to snow accumulation, the effect of the present invention can be achieved by improving the locking stability of the flat tile 1N by the following means. Become even more effective. That is, the first
Refer to Figure 2, a retaining piece 20 having sufficient strength is integrally provided on the lower surface of the flat tile 1N having the snow stopper protrusion 3, and a tile retaining tree 19 is installed and fixed to the "rafter" 23 of the roof. When the front surface of the stopper piece 20 is brought into contact with the rear surface of the stopper 19, the flat tile 1N is securely locked in the direction of the sliding load, so the flat tile 1N can be secured even when snow is stopped. The round tile 2N, which is sufficiently stable and is connected to the flat tile 1N through the locking claw, is stable as one with the flat tile 1N. In combination with the effects of the present invention described above, the roof thatched will always maintain the correct tile shape even under snowy conditions and snow-blocking conditions. Note that 2 in Figure 12

For example, in the locking structure for real roof tiles devised separately by the inventor of the present invention, see Figures 13 and 14, in the flat arabesque tile 1A for eaves and the eaves tomoe tile 2A used at the leading edge of the eaves of the real roof, An engaging part 12 is formed in the center of the lower surface of the flat arabesque tile 1A for eaves, and the engaging part 12 includes a plate-shaped base 13 hanging from the lower surface, and a hook part formed by bending the tip of the base 13 forward by approximately 90 degrees. 14, flat arabesque tiles for eaves 1
When A is arranged on the tile crosspiece 16, the hook part 14 is fitted into the long groove 15 cut on the rear side of the tile crosspiece 16,
In addition, the base portion 13 is brought into abutment engagement with the rear side surface of the tile beam 16, and a locking ridge 17 is raised on the lower edge of the eaves roof tile 2A, and a locking recess is provided on the upper surface of the flat arabesque tile for eaves 1A. When used together with the locking means for the eaves tile that connects the eaves tile 18, the eaves Tomoe tile 2A and the eaves flat arabesque tile 1 are combined.
A is physically accurately connected, and the flat arabesque tile 1A for eaves is completely locked with the tile crosspiece 16 in the direction of the above-mentioned sliding load by the engaging portion 12, so that the flat arabesque tile 1A for eaves The locking stability of a series of tile groups including the flat tile that follows it, and the eave front tile 2A and the round tile that follows it is significantly improved. Therefore, the sliding load caused by the snow stopper is finally sufficiently supported by the eaves tile having the locking structure, and the snow stopper function is maintained without causing the roof tile to collapse or become distorted. can be performed more effectively.
