Component B is an organic acid, preferably an acid that quickly dissolves the formed salt in water when it acts on calcium, which is a scale component, and does not generate new precipitates. These include sulfamic acid, hydrochloric acid, gluconic acid, hydroquinacetic acid, acetic acid, etc., and although it is preferable to use them alone, it is okay to use two or more in combination, and the content in the cleaning agent can be either alone or mixed. Component A, hydrogen peroxide, has already been used as a cleaning agent for removing soft sludge and sludge-like deposits at various sites, and it utilizes the decomposition reaction shown in the following formula (1). Its decomposition is accelerated by all living organisms and metal ions (iron and copper ions) present in the sludge and sludge.

Therefore, in order to compensate for the shortcomings of each, both are combined. The mixture in these proportions constitutes the present invention, and constitutes a binary embodiment. The following is a comparison of the solubility of scale attached to the trap part of a men's urinal.
