Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案はドリツプドリンクメーカーの改良に関
するものである。
従来の技術と問題点 一般に、コーヒーや茶等の粉末を密封したパツ
クからコーヒー等を抽出するためのドリツプドリ
ンクメーカーは知られている。
従来、この種のドリツプドリンクメーカーは例
えば実開昭53−3184号に示すように、コーヒー等
の粉末を密封したパツクを容器体の水平な底面上
に置きこの底面に設けられた孔からコーヒー等を
滴下せしめる構造を有していた。
しかしながらかかる従来技術では底面が水平で
あるためパツクが孔を閉鎖してドリツプ作用が円
滑に行われないという欠点があつた。
本考案の目的は上記の如き従来技術の欠点を改
善した実用上有益なドリツプドリンクメーカーを
提供することにある。
問題点を解決するための手段 上記の如き従来技術の問題点を解決するために
本考案はパツクを収容するカツプ状受器の下部に
ドリツプを有効に行わせるドリツプ空間を設ける
ようにしたものである。
実施例 以下、本考案の実施例を図面を参照して詳細に
説明する。
第１図を参照すると、本考案に係るドリツプド
リンクメーカーが示してあり、このドリツプドリ
ンクメーカーはカツプ状の容器１０を有する。こ
の受器はカツプＣの上に載せられて使用される。
この容器はパツク１１を載せる載置面１２を形成
する下方壁１３を有している。パツク１１はコー
ヒーや緑茶等の粉末をろ過紙等で密封して形成さ
れた通常の形態を有している。この受器の内径は
パツク１１が滑らかに挿入し得る大きさを有して
いる。
下方壁１３の中央部には凹部１４が形成されて
いる。従つて、パツク１１の周辺部が載置面１２
上に載せられる。
受器１０にはホルダー２０が挿入されている。
このホルダーは第１図および第５図に示すように
受器内に滑らかに嵌合する中空の筒状部２１とこ
の筒状部の上端に形成された頂部２２とから成つ
ている。筒状部２１の下端面は受器の載置面１２
との間でパツク１１の周辺を保持する。
受器とホルダーとの間にはパツクの保持状態で
ホルダーを受器に着脱自在に固定する固定手段３
０が設けられている。この固定手段は図示の実施
例では受器の内面に形成された複数の突出体３１
とこれら突出体に形成されたカム面３２とこれら
カム面に着脱自在に係合するようにホルダーの外
周に形成された複数の突起３３とから成つている
（第２図〜第４図参照）。ホルダーを回転すること
によつてその突起３３が突出体のカム面３２に係
合したりそれから外れたりする。
尚、ホルダーの頂部２２にはホルダーを手で持
つための把手２３が設けられている（第４図参
照）。
受器１０には下方壁１３の更に下方にドリツプ
壁４０が設けられている（第１図および第３図参
照）。このドリツプ壁は図示の実施例では載置面
１２に向つて半球状に突出して形成されている。
而して、この半球状の頂部によつて第１図に示す
ようにパツク１１の中央部を支持するようにして
いる。従つて、パツクの中央部からその周辺部に
亘つての大部分とドリツプ壁４０の中央部からそ
の周辺部に亘る大部分との間にドリツプ空間５０
が形成される。
又、受器はドリツプ壁の周辺部に設けられた放
射方向に延びる複数の溝孔６０を有する。これら
溝孔はパツク１１から抽出されたコーヒー等の抽
出液をカツプＣにドリツプさせる際の抽出液の通
路の役目をする。この場合、ドリツプ空間５０に
よつてパツク１１が溝孔をふさぐことがないので
ドリツプ作用が円滑に行われる。尚、第１図にお
いてＨは湯液を示す。
本考案によれば、パツクとドリツプ用の溝孔と
の間に間隔をあけてパツクが溝孔を閉鎖すること
がないようにしたのでドリツプ作用が確実且つ円
滑に行われるという実益がある。又、細長い溝孔
によつてドリツプが迅速に行われるという利点が
ある。
尚、上記実施例ではドリツプ壁を半球状に形成
してパツクと溝孔との間に間隔をあけるようにし
たがこの実施例に限定されるものではない。例え
ばドリツプ壁を水平に形成し、その一部に突出リ
ブを設けこの突出リブによつてパツクを形成する
ようにしてもよい。要するに、パツクと溝孔との
間に間隔をあけるものであればなんでもよい。
又、上記実施例ではドリツプ用の孔として複数
の溝孔としたが、例えば複数の円形の孔としても
よく、上記実施例に限定されるものでない。

図、第３図は第２図のＡ−Ａ線断面図、第４図は
ホルダーの側面図、第５図は第４図の断面図であ

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コーヒー等の粉末を密封して形成されたパツク
    を受入れ該パツクが載置される載置面を形成する
    下方壁を有するカツプ状受器と、該受器内に挿入
    され前記パツクの周辺を前記載置面との間で挟持
    する中空の筒状部を有するホルダーとを備えてい
    るドリツプドリンクメーカーにおいて、前記受器
    には前記下方壁よりも下方に配置され且つ下方壁
    に向つて半球状に突出して形成されたドリツプ壁
    と該ドリツプ壁の周辺に放射状に形成された複数
    の細長い溝孔とが設けられていることを特徴とす
    るドリツプドリンクメーカー。
