本発明は斜板式コンプレツサ用シユーに関す

斜板式コンプレツサはシリンダブロツク内にお
いて回転軸により回転される斜板とそのシリンダ
ブロツク内に摺動自在に嵌合したピストンとを備
えており、従来、上記斜板の回転を往復運動とし
てピストンに伝えるために、斜板に球状凹陥部を
形成したシユーを摺接させるとともに、そのシユ
ーの球状凹陥部とピストンに形成した球状凹陥部
との間にボールを介在させていた。しかしなが
ら、シユーとボールとを用いる場合にはそれらの
組立工程が複雑化するばかりでなく、シユーと斜
板間、シユーとボール間およびボールとピストン
間がそれぞれ摺接することから摩擦による消費動
力が大きくなり、加えてシユーとボールとの合計
軸方向長さを小さくすることが困難なことからシ
リンダブロツクの軸方向長さが大きくなり、斜板
式コンプレツサの小型化を阻げる要因になつてい

点を改善した斜板式コンプレツサ用シユーを提供
することを目的とし、その特徴とするところは、
シリンダブロツク内において回転軸により回転せ
しめられる斜板とシリンダボア内に摺動自在に嵌
合されたピストンとの間に介在され、上記斜板の
回転に応じてピストンを往復動させる斜板式コン
プレツサ用シユーにおいて、該シユーの一面には
ピストンに設けた球状凹陥部に嵌合する半球部を
形成するとともに、該シユーの他面に斜板の端面
と摺接する摺接面を形成して、該シユーの外形を
上記半球状部とこれに連続する円柱部とから成る
塊状に構成し、かつ上記シユーの半球部頂部に有
底の穴を形成するとともに、該穴の開口部側内径
を底部より縮小形成して内部に潤滑剤を充填した

ツク1の左端開口部バルブプレート11およびフ
ロントシリンダヘツド12により閉塞され、また
右端開口部はバルブプレート13およびリヤシリ

から、この穴内に潤滑剤を保留させて摺接面への
潤滑を良好に行わせ得るとともに摺接屑の溜りと
して一層の摩耗低減に役立て得られる。しかも、
上記半球部の他側は斜板端面と摺接する摺接面に
形成されて、シユー全体の外形が該半球部とこれ
に連続する円柱部とから成る塊状構成を有するた
め、シユーの構成が全体として慣性量の小さいま
とまつた形態を採り得られ、成型作素が容易化さ
れ、またピストンの球状凹陥部に揺動摺接するシ
ユーの半球部はその周縁からの潤滑油の付着導入
とともに上記有底穴からの給油作用を受けて、良
