発明が解決しようとする課題
前記従来の方法によると、角柱形パイプの金型に巻きつ
けられるテープ状の長繊維は、金型の隅部(角部)では
金型の板厚方向(辺の方向)への圧縮力が功いて巻かれ
るが、金型の平面部では板厚方向の圧縮力が余り功かな
いので平面部では樹脂が過多となって膨らみ、製品の板
厚が大きくなる。従って巻きつけ回数が増えると製品の
