For example, the emission tip surface of the laser probe is easily contaminated by dirt and the like inside the body cavity. This laser probe is usually introduced into a body cavity through an endoscope's treatment tool insertion channel and emits a laser beam to incise the affected area.
If dirt or the like adheres to the emitting tip surface of this laser probe within the body cavity, there is a drawback that the end surface will be burnt when irradiated with laser light.

[Embodiment] FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention. 1st
In the figure, 1 indicates the distal end of the insertion section 2 of the medical endoscope. The insertion section 2 of this endoscope is provided with a treatment instrument insertion channel 5 through which a treatment instrument 15 such as a laser probe 4 is inserted, and the distal end opening 6 of this channel 5 faces forward in the longitudinal axis direction of the insertion section 2. It is open. That is, when a treatment tool such as the laser probe 4 is inserted through this channel 5, the treatment tool can be projected forward in the longitudinal axis direction of the insertion section 2. The treatment instrument insertion channel 5 communicates with an insertion opening (not shown) provided in an operating section (not shown) connected to the proximal end of the insertion section 2, and can be introduced from this insertion opening. ing. In addition, the distal end 1 of the insertion section 2
The direction can be changed by bending the bending part 6 inserted in front of the bending part 6 by remote control of the operating part.

This liquid feeding passage 7 consists of a cleaning liquid spout 8 that opens on the distal end surface of the distal end portion 1 in line with the tip opening 6 of the treatment instrument insertion channel 5, and a liquid feeding tube 9 that communicates with this. The liquid feeding tube 9 is guided to the proximal side of the endoscope through the inside of the insertion section 2, and is connected to a liquid feeding pump (not shown). Then, the liquid is fed when necessary by a liquid feeding control means (not shown).

Further, the cleaning liquid spout 8 is inclined toward the distal end opening 6 of the treatment instrument insertion channel 5 provided side by side, and is configured to spout the liquid obliquely forward thereof. In other words, the liquid is ejected diagonally forward so as to hit the tip of a treatment instrument such as the laser probe 4 protruding from the tip opening 6 of the treatment instrument insertion channel 5.

Therefore, when using this endoscope, the insertion section 2
After the laser probe 4 is introduced into the body cavity, the laser probe 4 is inserted through the treatment instrument insertion channel 5, and the tip of the laser probe 4 is protruded and directed toward the affected area under observation using the endoscope. Then, laser light is irradiated onto the affected area through the laser probe 4 to perform treatment.

In such operations, the emission tip surface of the laser probe 4 may become contaminated with dirt in the body cavity. If laser light irradiation is continued in this state, there is a risk that the end face will be burnt by the laser light, so the emission end face is cleaned as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the distal end of the laser probe 4 is slightly protruded, and after confirming this by observing with an endoscope, for example, Cleaning liquid is supplied from the liquid passage 7, and a predetermined amount of cleaning liquid is spouted from the cleaning liquid spout 8 of the liquid feeding passage 7. This ejected flow of cleaning liquid washes the tip surface of the laser probe 4 and removes dirt from the tip surface. Therefore, the distal end surface of the laser probe 4 can be cleaned cleanly while it is inserted without having to take the trouble of pulling it out from the endoscope. Further, since the tip end face of the laser probe 4 can be kept clean at all times in this way, end face burning due to laser light can be prevented. Therefore, in particular, CO2
In the case of the laser probe 4 for a laser, generation of toxic gas can be prevented from the material of the light guide fiber.

FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, the cleaning liquid spout 8 is not formed to be inclined toward the distal opening 6 side of the treatment instrument insertion channel 5, but the elastic restoring force that communicates with the treatment instrument insertion channel 5 is A flexible tube 11 is provided to protrude, and this forms a cleaning liquid spout 8 of +1M. An operating wire 12 is attached to the tip of the flexible tube 11.
are connected, and this operating wire 12 connects the flexible tube 11
The distal end portion is curved so as to be inclined toward the distal opening 6 side of the treatment instrument insertion channel 5. The operating wire 12 is guided through a guide tube 13 disposed within the insertion section 2 to an operating section on the proximal side, and is operated by pushing or pulling.

Therefore, by pulling the distal end of the flexible tube 11 with the operating wire 12 and tilting it toward the distal opening 6 of the treatment instrument insertion channel 5, it can be slightly moved away from the distal end 1 of the endoscope in the same way as described above. The cleaning liquid can be sprayed toward the tip of the protruding laser probe 4 to clean the tip surface. therefore,
In this case as well, the tip surface of the laser probe 4 can be cleaned without being pulled out from the endoscope.

なお、他の構成作用等は上記実施例と同様である。Note that other structural functions, etc. are the same as in the above embodiment.

3 and 4 show a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the cover glass 22 of the image guide 21 and the distal opening 6 of the treatment instrument insertion channel 5 are installed in the installation direction, and the cleaning liquid spout 8 of the liquid supply passage 7 is placed on the cover glass 22 side. Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
It is directed toward the tip opening 6 side. In addition, in FIG. 4, 24 and 24 are cover glasses of a light guide (not shown).

Therefore, in the endoscope of this embodiment, when cleaning dirt on the distal end surface of the laser probe 4 introduced into the body cavity through the treatment instrument insertion channel 5, the laser probe is inserted into the distal opening 6 of the treatment instrument insertion channel 5. If the tip of the probe 4 is faced (protruded), the cleaning liquid is supplied through the liquid supply passage 7, and the cleaning liquid is jetted from the cleaning liquid spout 8, the jet flow of this cleaning liquid will be directed to the outer surface of the cover glass 22 of the image guide 21. Along the tip opening 6 of the treatment instrument insertion channel 5
Wash the tip surface of the laser probe 4 located at the top to remove dirt from the tip surface. Therefore, the distal end surface of the laser probe 4 can be thoroughly cleaned without being pulled out from the endoscope. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the outer surface of the cover glass 22 of the image guide 21 can be cleaned at the same time as the tip surface of the laser probe 4.
