PURPOSE:To divide a display plate and to drive it with independent voltage values by providing plural power circuits and data-side drivers and scan-side drivers which are divided into groups. CONSTITUTION:The power circuits are constituted divisionally as 4a-4h; and the power circuits 4a-4d are driving power sources for data-side drivers and the power circuits 4e-4h are driving power sources for scan-side drivers. Namely, those power sources drive the data-side drivers 2a-2d by the power circuits 4a-4d and the scan-side drivers 3a-3d by the power circuits 4e-4h respectively.
