As shown in the specification, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 513-2982, etc., the tip of a round needle material is pressed to form a triangular bar shape or a tapered triangular bar shaped needle material, and the entire triangular surface of each of these is uniformly formed. It was manufactured by forming cutting edges and ridge lines by grinding.

There are serious problems in that sometimes the suture part is incised more than necessary, and furthermore, when the suture needle is held by the needle holder, the edge may be damaged and the punctured tissue may be seriously injured.

In order to form a blunt ridgeline on the inside or outside of the curve, the two surfaces forming the ridgeline are used as press surfaces, and the surface corresponding to the blunt ridgeline is used as a grinding surface, and both sides of the surface are provided with sharp cutting edges. This is a triangular curved suture needle.

By pressing the portion 2, the tip portion 2 is formed into a triangular rod shape.

And repair the shape of the tip as necessary.1. Furthermore, by curving the entire needle material 1 into a predetermined shape so that the blunt ridge line 3 formed from the unprocessed pressed surface is on the inside, a triangularly curved suture needle as shown in FIG. 5 is manufactured. I can do it.

Therefore, this is a good choice, and by selecting this as a blunt ridgeline, the amount of grinding is smaller than when selecting this as another ridgeline to be ground, and the machining surface is also excellent.

It is also possible to manufacture a suture needle in which the blunt ridge line 3 is brought to one of the outer sides, and a sharp cutting edge 6 or 7 is positioned on the curved inner side and the other outer side, respectively.

。<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the suture needle according to the present invention is configured such that the unprocessed blunt ridgeline remains as it is on one side, and the edges on both sides consisting of the other two ridgelines serve as cutting edges. , the side cut needle constitutes a conventional cutting needle or a reverse cutting needle in which the obtuse ridge line, which is not ground at all, is on the inside or outside of the curve. Unlike needles, there is no risk of unnecessarily damaging tissue, and as mentioned above, there are no sharp edges at all on the ridges, so even when the needle tip is held with a needle holder like a conventional suture needle, there are no sharp edges. It has the characteristics that there is no risk of damage to the material.

In manufacturing this suture needle, only the bottom surface can be ground at a certain angle without grinding the bottom surface and both sides as in the conventional method, making it extremely efficient and easy to work. It is reliable, therefore, the grinding work can be automated, and it also has the characteristics of being able to be mass-produced at low cost.
