[発明が解決しようとする課題]
前述した如くコイル2のリード線2aをダイレクトにラ

時の断線、絶縁、短絡不良が発生する。又その接合部に
ついては高信頼性も要求される。従って、作業者は高い
円熟が要求され、かつ上記不良、信頼性の問題もあり、
自動化が困難で、その結果選定された作業者による人海
戦術にたよらざるをえなくなり、急激な生産増及びコス

することにより、その後の磁気ヘッドの組立時において
リード線のダイレクト接合が必要なく、金属端子とラン
ドとの接合となるため、作業者の習熟も必要なくして容
易に接合が可能となり、高歩留、高信頼性が得られ、か
つ自動機の導入が可能となり、生産対応も容易で、かつ
大巾にコスト低減しうる磁気ヘッドを提供できるという
