線に沿う断面図、第６図は両半殻体の組み合わせ
状態を示す縦断面図、第７図は同コネクタ本体の
収容保持部分を示す正面図、第８図は同両半殻体
とシールドケーブルとの接続部分の要部横断平面
図、第９図は第８図の９―９線に沿う断面図であ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シールドケーブルに接続される電気コネク
    タであつて、前端部にコネクタ本体を収容保持し
    、後端部に前記シールドケーブルのシールド層に
    係合する口金を有するシールドカバーが、金属薄
    板をプレス加工して成形された組み合わせ可能な
    一対の半殻体から成り、 前記シールド層が、前記シールドケーブル端部
    の絶縁外皮を剥離して露出したシールド編組線に
    内側フエルールを被嵌したのち、前記シールド編
    組線を前記内側フエルールの外周部に沿つて折り
    返し、その外側に銅箔を巻き付けて形成され、 前記両半殻体を組み合わせ、その前端部に前記
    コネクタ本体を収容保持すると共に、相対する前
    記両口金を前記シールド層の銅箔に密着係合し、
    該口金に外嵌した外側フエルールをかしめて前記
    両口金を緊締し、前記シールド編組線に電気的に
    接続したことを特徴とする電気コネクタのシール
    ドカバー取付け構造。 (2) 前記半殻体の前端に連設した断面コ字形の
    係止片が前記コネクタ本体のシールド導体のフラ
    ンジ部に係合して、前記コネクタ本体を前記両半
    殻体の前端部に収容保持する構造であつて、 前記係止片の折曲げ端縁が内側へ屈曲している
    ことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の電気コネクタ
    のシールドカバー取付け構造。
