Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the waste of a wasteful electric power by executing the power source supply to a CRT displaying part and stopping it according to whether a user is present or not after the main power source of a CRT displaying device is inputted. CONSTITUTION:When the main power source of a CRT display device is inputted, a detector 1 detects the presence and absence of a user. The detector 1 outputs an ON signal to a discriminating device 2 and the discriminating device 2 judges whether the ON signal of the detector 1 is the discriminating reference time of above by the signal of the discriminating reference signal from a timer 3. When the ON signal is the discriminating reference time or above, the discriminating device 2 outputs the signal to execute the power source supply to a CRT displaying part 6, when the ON signal is the discriminating reference time or below, the discriminating device 2 judges that the user does not use, outputs the signal to stop the power source supply to the CRT displaying part 6 and stops the power source from a power source supplying terminal 5 to the CRT displaying part 6. る検出器と該検出器からの信号が予め設定された時間以
上同じ状態を保持されているか否かを判別する判別器と
該判定時間を決定するタイマと判別器から出力される判
別信号によりCRT表示装置の電源を制御する電源制御
装置から構成される。

ン信号が判別基準時間以上であるかどうか判断する。該
オン信号が判別基準時間以上の場合判別器3は電源制御
装置4へ電源供給端子5からCRT表示部6へ電源供給
を行う信号を出力する。もしオン信号が判別基準時間以
下の場合は判別器3は使用者7が使用していないと判断
し電源制御装置4へCRT表示部6へ電源供給を停止す
る信号を出力し、電源制御装置4はこれを受けて電源供
給端子5からCRT表示部6への電源を停止する。
