Claims (1)
される隔室Sをシリンダケース1内に設けるとと
もに、シリンダケース1の排油用の油路6内に開
路方向に付勢したポペツト9を設け、隔室Sが昇
圧されるにともなつてポペツト9が付勢に抗して
油路6を閉じる方向に変位した時に、シリンダケ
ース1からの排油に絞り抵抗を与える絞り手段を
