Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A sunroof 14 is provided on the roof 12 of the vehicle body 11 so as to be movable between a tilt-up state where the sunroof is tilted upward at the rear and a tilt-down state where the sunroof is approximately horizontal. In a vehicle in which the rear spoiler 19 is movably installed between a spoiler state in which the rear spoiler 19 is tilted upward and a non-spoiler state in which the sunroof 14 is tilted up, the spoiler 19 is in the non-spoiler state when the sunroof 14 is in the tilt-up state, and the sunroof 14 is in the non-spoiler state. A driving device for a movable rear spoiler, characterized in that an interlocking mechanism 23 is provided for driving a spoiler 19 in conjunction with the operation of a sunroof 14 so that the spoiler 19 is in a spoiler state when the spoiler is in a tilt-down state.
