第１図はこの考案の一実施例によるデータ保持
回路、第２図は従来のデータ保持回路である。図
において、１は通常電源とバツテリーの切換用ト
ランジスタ、２はベース電流制限用抵抗、３は出
力バイアス用抵抗、４はバツテリーの充電電流制
限用抵抗、５は大容量コンデンサ保護用抵抗、６
は大容量コンデンサ、７はバツテリ切り離し用設
定ピン、８はバツテリー、９は大容量コンデンサ
切り離し用設定ピンを示す。なお、図中同一符号
は同一又は相当部分を示す。

- バツテリーと充電電流制限用抵抗と大容量コン
デンサとデータ保持回路切換用トランジスタによ
つて構成されたデータ保持回路において、大容量
コンデンサをバツテリーと充電電流制限用抵抗の
間に接続した事を特徴とするデータ保持回路。
