手方向または円周方向に少なくとも２つ以上に分
割したセラミツクス軸受の各軸受片の合せ面に弾
性体を介在させて、セラミツクス軸受背面に対応
する位置に設けた軸受ハウジング内周に各軸受片
を挿入すると共に、軸受ハウジング外周に適当な
間隔をおいて穿設した多数の穴夫々にゴム片を挿
