The hook-and-loop fastener 18 is connected to the engaging element 16ff! J is placed so as to be in contact with a predetermined mold cavity surface, and the liquid foamed plastic raw material 22 is injected into the cavity 10 to form a foam, and a hook and loop fastener is fixed integrally on the surface of the foam. There is a method for manufacturing foam molded products.

。However, in the above method, the liquid foamed plastic raw material 22 injected into the cavity 10 enters between the cavity surface 20 and the base material 14 of the hook-and-loop fastener due to its injection pressure or foaming pressure, and adheres to the engager 16 of the hook-and-loop fastener. In this case, the hardened foamed plastic has the disadvantage that the engagement function of the hook-and-loop fastener 18 is impaired.

As a result, when the skin material is placed over the foamed molded product, the hook-and-loop fastener on the back side of the skin material cannot be properly engaged with the hook-and-loop fastener on the surface of the foamed molded product, which may cause the skin material to be twisted or wrinkled.

First, for the former, the engaging element 16 of the hook-and-loop fastener 18 is covered in advance with a plastic film 24, and the plastic film 24 is removed from the hook-and-loop fastener 18 after foam molding, thereby allowing injection of the liquid foamed plastic raw material and This is intended to prevent the raw material from adhering to the engaging element 16 during foaming. For the latter, a magnetic material 26 such as an iron plate is buried in the base material 14 of the hook-and-loop fastener 18, while the cavity surface 20

The first problem is that it takes time to remove the plastic film 24, and the second problem is that the distance between the magnetic body 26 and the magnet 28 is large, so the magnetic attraction force acting between them is weak, and the hook-and-loop fastener The third problem is that the plastic film 24 cannot be securely fixed to the cavity surface. The third problem is that the material cost of the plastic film and the cost of removing the plastic film are added to the product price due to the use of the plastic film 24, which increases the product price.

の製造方法にある。(Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the present invention is to place a hook-and-loop fastener having an engager on at least one side in a mold having a desired cavity so that the engager side faces a predetermined mold cavity surface. In this method of manufacturing a foam molded product, a foam is molded by injecting a liquid foamed plastic raw material into the cavity, and a hook and loop fastener is integrally fixed to the surface of the foam. A jetty that surrounds the four parts that accommodate the hook-and-loop fastener's engager and the outer periphery of the hook-and-loop fastener is formed on the cavity surface where the hook-and-loop fastener is placed, and the hook-and-loop fastener is placed on the cavity surface surrounded by the jetties. A method of manufacturing a foamed molded product in which a hook-and-loop fastener is integrally fixed, characterized by placing the foamed plastic material in close contact with an inner wall and injecting a liquid foamed plastic material into a mold cavity.

The jetty that surrounds its outer periphery prevents free movement and is securely fixed within the jetty, so it does not move on the cavity surface even with the injection pressure and foaming pressure of the liquid foam plastic raw material, and the jetty on the cavity surface is always fixed. It will be fixed inside. As a result, by subsequent injection of the liquid foaming raw material and foaming, it becomes possible to obtain a foamed molded product with the hook-and-loop fastener fixed at a predetermined position on the surface.

It foams without adhering to the fastener engagement element, resulting in a foamed molded product with a hook-and-loop fastener integrally fixed to its surface. As a result, the engaging element of the hook-and-loop fastener fixed to the surface of the foamed molded product is free of foamed plastic and the engagement function of the hook-and-loop fastener is not impaired.
