Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a shape made of powdered gold or gold leaf on a liquid surface by closely bonding powdered gold or gold leaf to a membrane comprising an edible and water-soluble substance so as to form an appropriate shape and supplying moisture to the membrane to press the humid membrane. CONSTITUTION: As a water-soluble substance constituting a membrane 1, a wafer being a polysaccharide is inexpensive and film link ones delicately different in water solubility and having various thicknesses are provided. In order to form a shape 2 on the membrane 1 by gold leaf, large gold leaf is punched or cut out to form a character or figure which is, in turn, placed on the membrane 1. Then, water is sprayed on the membrane 1 or the membrane is brought into contact with steam and, thereafter, Japanese paper or a plastic film from which a wafer film is easily peeled is placed on the membrane and a rubber plate is further placed thereon to be pressed or Japanese paper is placed to be lightly pressed. The thus formed shape forming material is allowed to fall along the liquid surface after sake is poured in a wine-cup to form a Chinese character such as 'KOTOBUKI' (felicitation) or figures in a state floated on the liquid surface.

The water-soluble substances constituting the thin film 1 include wafer, which is a polysaccharide, a water-soluble polymer made by adding polyvinyl pyrrolid to heparin, and fibers α-1, 4, such as pullulan (produced by Zaiya Biochemistry Research Institute). -I see SG U-can. Among these, wafer is the most preferred because it is inexpensive and available in film form with various thicknesses having slightly different aqueous solubility.

Thin film 1 may have any shape and size as appropriate, such as circular, square, triangular, or continuous band shape. Shape 2 has the character "kotobuki" formed thereon, but it can also form desired characters such as the character "congratulations on winning the championship j". The second image may be not only letters, but also a combination of cranes and turtles, pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms, or a pattern of Kannon Bodhisattva, or a small piece of gold leaf or a mosaic figure or pattern.

It is best to apply gold powder or gold leaf to one smooth side of the wafer, where it is easy to adhere, and to keep the wafer the required level of moisture. To form the figure 2 on the thin film 1 using gold foil, letters or figures are formed by die-cutting or cutting out a large piece of gold foil, and then placed on the thin film 1. and,
Spray water on the thin film 1 or expose it to steam, then place Japanese paper or a plastic film that can be easily peeled off from adhesion to the oblate film, and then apply a rubber plate and then press it, or place Japanese paper and gently press it. You can also press it.

To form the figure 2 on the thin film 1 with gold powder, for example,
You can wrap the washi paper into a trumpet shape to contain the gold powder, push the gold powder out little by little through the small holes at the thin, pointed end, and draw letters and figures with a brush-like touch. Then, pour water on top of the paper. After spraying, place washi paper and a rubber plate and press.

For example, on a 1 cm thick, 100 ca square smooth copper master plate, there is a thick Chinese character "Kototo" with the shadow part of the 1 turned over.
The plates are formed in an array of 3 cm length and width + pitch to form a mesh intaglio plate, and are plated with chrome to give printing durability. Then, apply gold powder in a mountain range on one edge of the plate, and use a doctor (gold powder scraping plate) made of a thin stainless steel plate to move the +iJt sprinkled gold powder to the side opposite to the edge where the gold powder was sprinkled. Apply gold powder to all the reversed letters of ``Koboshi'' by scraping it off from the opposite edge, then 100cm
Cover the corner of the wafer film with the glossy side facing down and place it in a not-too-hot steam box for a short time to give the wafer film the required moisture.
Layer Japanese paper on top of the oblate film, then layer a rubber plate and press. Then, the gold powder on all the reversed letters of ``ju'' will stick to the oblate film, so peel off the oblate film and cant each - letter. Then, the cut sheets are placed in between. -Storage by stacking large pieces of washi paper between them.

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, according to the figure-forming material for forming a figure made of gold powder or gold foil on the liquid surface of the first invention, a thin film made of a water-soluble substance that is harmless to eat and , applicable, :y
Since it is composed of appropriate figures made of gold powder or gold leaf formed in the old tube in nI2, for example, at a wedding reception, figures made of gold powder and gold leaf are formed as the letter ``J': J'' or a combination of cranes, turtles, and pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms. By pouring the shape-forming material of the present invention into a cup with the gold powder or gold leaf facing up, and then gently dropping it onto the liquid surface, the thin film becomes transparent and forms characters such as "Kobobuki" and other shapes. It is possible to form a combination of crane, turtle, and pine, bamboo, and plum shapes floating on the liquid surface. This was easily confirmed by experiment. The reason why gold powder and gold leaf float on the liquid surface despite their high specific gravity is thought to be due to the buoyancy of the thin film and the ability to successfully create surface tension on the gold powder and gold leaf by gently dropping it onto the liquid surface. Even when the surface shook, the gold powder and leaf did not sink easily and remained afloat. As everyone knows from experience of how wafer film dissolves when you put it in your mouth, wafer film forms a molecular film on the liquid surface and remains for a while, so the liquid surface shakes. However, the appropriate shape made of gold powder or gold leaf will not collapse.

As mentioned above, the thin film is made of edible and harmless materials,
In addition, gold is a precious and expensive metal, and it is said that it is not only harmless to eat, but also good for the body. Moreover, it is not only sunken in small pieces, but also in letters such as ``f longevity'', crane turtles, pine, bamboo, plum, etc. The fact that the celebratory cup can be decorated with a high blue color by floating on the surface of the liquid as a matching figure, and can be eaten as it is, creates a high desire to drink the celebratory cup, etc., and a feeling of satisfaction when drinking it.
It is prized for its extremely high entertainment value, as it brings great joy to those who drink it.

Furthermore, according to the method of forming a figure made of gold powder or gold foil on a thin film according to the second invention of the present application, the gold powder or gold foil is brought into close contact with the thin film to keep it moist. A figure-forming material for forming gold leaf figures can be produced without requiring expensive equipment or advanced technology.
