チン、ラクトース、デキストリン、デキストロース、ア
ラビアゴム等の粉末化基剤;安息香酸塩、ヒドロキシ安
息香酸エステル等の防腐剤などの添加剤を、カロチン組

きる。実施例下記組成のカロチンスラリーを噴霧乾燥し
、カロチン組成物粉末を得た。このとき、後記表−1に
示すように種々の条件下で微粉体を被覆し、流動性改善
