Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 熱源により加熱される被加熱部材と、該被加熱
部材の温度を検出する検知手段と、該検知手段の
出力と前記被加熱部材を所定温度に設定するため
の基準電位とを比較する比較手段とを備えた温度
制御装置において、 前記検知手段に電界効果型トランジスタを接続
し、該電界効果型トランジスタを所定周期で駆動
する駆動手段を設けたことを特徴とする温度制御
装置。
