段、８は基準信号、９はアブソリユートエンコー
ダ、１０は絶対値データ、１１は比較合成部、１
２は合成データ。なお、図中同一符号は同一また
は相当部分を示す。

- 回転体の回転軸に機械的に結合され、、回転体
の角度を絶対値データとして出力するアブソリユ
ートエンコーダと、回転体の回転軸に機械的に結
合され、回転体が単位角度回転するごとにパルス
信号を出力するインクリメンタルエンコーダと、
上記アブソリユートエンコーダの出力する絶対値
データと、上記インクリメンタルエンコーダの出
力するパルス信号をカウントしたデータとを比較
合成処理する比較合成部とを備えた角度検出装置
。
