よび比較例における、加熱時の赤外線放射率を表
わすグラフ;および第6図は、実施例および比較
例における、加熱時の被加熱体の表面温度を表わ
すグラフである。 1:箱状空洞体、2:電熱ヒータ、3:セラミ
ツクス層、4:通気性金属支持体、5:表面処理
したステンレス鋼板。

Claims (1)
- 空洞体内に電熱ヒータを設置するとともに、加
熱されて赤外線を放射するセラミツクス層を備え
た多孔質金属板を前記電熱ヒータに設置して加熱
面を構成したことを特徴とする赤外線ヒータ。
